不过有时候，即使eps是负的，也可能会有dividend
因为eps是按照balance sheet来算的，而dividend只有有cash都能发。
balance sheet有那种account payable, account receivable之类的，这种不算在cash

percentile wise, that is a 25% increase. Very rare that a companies lift
dividend this much one time. This again shows Xin is real. Actually, since
Xin is crazily undervalued, the dividend payment is only a small of money
for them. So they have no problem to pay dividend (assume xin is real)
i think this is a big deal and important gesture to give investor confidence
. I am thinking about adding some xin.

is ordinary income and dividend income taxed at 15% (if your income is less
than $200000?). There are different lines on 1040 to report these income. (
don't report dividend on capital gain).
If you got 1099-INT, my guess is your bank invested the money in CD's, but I
could be wrong. Ask your bank.

票收益必须报税。根据本人的理解：因为2013年期间签证是F1，所有股票收益都应属于
not effectively connected income,所以：
- dividend of US company根据treaty报10%；

- capital gain from stock market报30%。
