个证券的价格至少在扣除dividend后要持平，或者认定这个公司不会破产，dividend不
会大幅度减少，一直持有当定期存款。 |

关于你提的这个这个问题，其实是这样的。有些公司如果业务比较稳定，盈利也比较稳
定，同时也不打算大面积扩张，那么这类公司通常会把盈利里的一部分作为dividend发
给投资者，因为留着也没用。这类公司通常业务稳定，风险小，其股票称之为value
stock。另一类公司dividend很少甚至不发，是因为公司有着比较aggressive的扩张计
划，获得的盈利需要投入进一步运营和扩张，也因此同时伴随着更高的风险，这类公司
股票称之为growth stock。当然还有一类公司业务萎缩，负债经营却仍打开不了局面，
自然也发不出dividend，这就是所谓“垃圾股”。有些稳妥型的fund的投资组合里主要
是value stock,所以dividend较高。至于value stock还是growth stock好，萝卜青菜
，各有所爱。至于“垃圾股”，最好不要碰。以上不是投资建议，YMYD |

是不会引起股价下降呀？mutual fund 是把基金价值的一部分当做 dividend 发出去，

所以对于一些dividen丰厚的股票，在计算利润的时候要考虑dividend 被call走的风险
。 比如现在95的股价，有3%的dividend，卖 call premium 收益 4 美股，最后如果股
价是97，低于99。
不考虑dividend的情况下，卖call比不卖call，多赚了2美金美股。但是dividend收益
97*0.03=2.91, 所以最后如果被call走，相当于少赚了0.91 我的数学对吧。。。 |

yield居然达到将近20%. 如果公司不破产的话，光dividends五年就可以把本赚回来，
当然前提是公司不会破产，而且dividend payment 一致。还有不考虑value discount. |

不过你的解释只能说明即使是分cash dividend也是羊毛出在羊身上，还是没说明分
stock dividend的意义何在。
而且，如果是分cash dividend, 好歹是把分之前股票价值中的一部分变成了cash, 也
就是降低了那部分的risk, 也算是做了一件事情。但分stock dividend看起来是什么都
没做，何必多此一举呢？

我的蓝宝石是去年11月底50k促销时申请的
这么看来，开卡的5000点AU是不算的。CSP算dividend的截至日期我仔细算了一下还是
不知道，按花的钱算，到2013年最后几天对不上帐，花的钱多20多块。按点数算，更加
不知道截至到哪天。而到目前为止所有2x奖励的带来的额外点数才579.3。真是觉得太
鸡肋了，明年到期争取能转成freedom，或者转成无年费的卡。 |
