关系其实比较简单, 宇宙膨胀使得星系离我们远去, 由于多普勒效应导致它们发出
的光红移, 这也可以看作时间膨胀(time-dilation), 正如常见的狭义相对论中运动
系的时间膨胀一样.
不过要注意的一点是不能用狭义相对论公式算相对速度(f/f0=sqrt(1-v/c)/sqrt(1+v/c))

pain level really depends on how you feel and how long it will take.
I was already having huge pain when I was only 2cm dilated, and for the next
4 hours, no dilation at all. since my water broke first, my OB was very
concerned about my baby and told me my body was under huge pain and too
nervous to dilate, so we decided to use epidural.

昨天，这些人折腾了一天，白天，晚上皮啦啦，也不知道谁把谁杀了，谁把谁带走了。
反正我先生和孩子被绑架了，就不知道是不是已经遇害了。我本来是打算睡觉的，但他
们头上，地下装电磁波攻击器，让我几乎窒息。虽然我没倒下，但其实他们在我身上扎

发帖数: 40 | 32 刚刚开始第34周，昨晚九点半开始感觉像月经第二天最痛那种CRAMPING（我没有过痛经
，所以不是那种要死要活的痛，不知道这种形容大家能理解么），大概20分钟，然后就
是半夜四点又开始，没有九点那次那么痛，但是还是像来例假一样，一直疼到早上六点
，觉得恶心和轻微头痛（不知道是不是没睡好造成的），后来实在坚持不住，睡到八点
起来，发现还是在痛，但是轻多了，量了血压正常，还是不放心给OB打了电话，结果让
我过去做检查，先做了non-stress test，开始说就20分钟，但是孩子在里面狂动，
monitor老得调整，结果大概花了一个多小时吧，婴儿心跳正常，没有labor signs(
fetal heartbeat baseline: 150, ob说没有出现heartbeat hills应该不是prelabor）
；但是测出我一直有mild contractions，但是跟511差得远呢，可是我完完全全感觉不
到传说中的contraction（就是变硬收紧啥的都没感受到，唯一就是经痛，护士说那也
是宫缩表现，大汗）

24周检查的时候，大夫警告说老婆的体重长得太多（记不太清了，大概25磅），于
是我们一直担心宝宝长得太大不好生。老婆的肚子也比较突出，好多老美见了都问是不
是男孩，是不是双胞胎（在三番渔人码头，一个街头艺人直接说你下次生三胞胎，奶爸
猜想他可能也以为我们怀的是双胞胎）。因此我们一直祈祷宝宝在37周之后出生。
35周多的时候，大夫做了一次超声波，说头朝下，让我们在胎位这件事上松了一口
气。奶爸当时还不放心，问大夫胎位会不会变，大夫说36周之后一般就不变了，而且生
之前大夫还会在宫颈口摸宝宝的头（后来证实确实如此）。
到了37周，没啥动静。37周零2天做了一次检查，dilate 1cm，efface 25%。于是
我们估计会38周生。
到了38周，还是没啥动静，于是我们估计会39周生。
这一次终于估计基本正确了，38周零5天早上7点，老婆感觉到肚子痛，但是不像
511或者321之类的，差不多一个小时之后又消失了。到了晚上6点半，老婆开始感觉有

because pregnancy cervix is more sensitive. It would also feel unpleasant.
The cons:
1) It introduces bacteria up into your cervix, put you and baby at higher
risk of infection.
2) It confuses the situation - No dilation or 4 cm dilation now does not
mean your labor will start later or sooner, nor it will tell you if your
labor will last longer or shorter. Therefore, it will either discourage you
or give you false hope.

查造成的， 没放在心上。 星期六早上开始出血， 不是mucus， 就是spotting 鲜血
。 给医院打电话， 护士说血量不大的话就没问题。 星期六中午开始有点肚子疼，
一直到晚上7，8点钟， 感觉还只是像要来例假一样。 8点多钟和老公奔walmart， 买
了一大堆吃的。 在walmart的时候疼痛开始有点加剧， 于是9点钟去医院。
刚到医院的时候， 宫缩还只是6-8分钟一次， dilate 2-3 cm， 我还和老公有说有笑
的看宫缩图。 监视了半小时之后， 护士说我宫缩还不够紧凑， 我说我走路的时候疼
的更厉害一些， 于是护士让我在医院走走试试看，不行就回家等。 在医院走了一会儿

深吸一口气停4、5秒再深吸一口气，如此反复5、6次突然呼吸心跳全部感觉不到，父母
立即开车送福州南京军区总医院，路上时间30分钟，母亲车上不停做心外按压并人工呼
吸，送医院医生确定呼吸心跳全无，经抢救，小孩有非常微弱呼吸，医生持续抢救近一
小时，并两次心外电击除颤8点21分左右恢复心跳及自主呼吸。进入重症监护室上呼吸
机，之后发生抽筋，发高烧40．7度高烧，经治疗稳定下来。第一天大概使用安定及营
养和保护神经脏器类药物，心跳200多次每分钟，但血氧达100%，呼吸稳定。白细胞，C
反应蛋白，肾肌酐正常范围，尿素氮稍高9．02。小孩所有反射反应都有，对母亲呼唤
有反应。晚上挂了5瓶丙种球蛋白。第二天体温大致在38－39度之间，没有抽筋但肌张
力强，瞳孔对光反应尚好，两眼瞳孔略扩大，使用药物基本同第一天。第三天即19号丙
种球蛋白停用，凌晨四点体温降至37度6，全天体温基本保持37度至38度间，血压基本
