能是阴道痉挛了，需要vaginismus dilator set自己治一下。别着急，慢慢就好了。这

宝宝头骨大小vs.骨盆大小，能否顺产
羊水index及有无老化
不知能否看出是否脐带绕颈

开指数dilation
cervix thinned out软化程度
我们还想再次确认一下宝宝性别，呵呵
还有什么注意要问的呢？

发帖数: 303 | 5 应该是不一样的。我看的模型10公分就是10公分,讲师还说就跟mayonaise的瓶盖大小一
样，开10公分就可以push了... 如果开10指，那多可怕呀!?
General guidelines for cervical dilation:
* Latent phase: 0-3 centimeters
* Active Labor: 4-7 centimeters
* Transition: 8-10 centimeters
* Complete: 10 centimeters. Delivery of the infant takes place shortly
after this stage is reached (although the mother does not always push right
away.) |

should never buy used carseats even though you might only use them for
several times.
Each twin preganancy is differet. I delivered my twins at 37+5. I didn't
feel anything before the delivery. I had a Mo Di twin pregancy and when my
perinatologist checked me on 37 week, she said I was almost 4 centimeter
dilated, even though I didn't feel anything. She talked with my OB and they

的心率都是我问了才说的，脖子厚度阿什么一概没讲。
另外问一句，那个刺破手指验血的检查是不是过一阵子才有结果啊，说是还要寄到纽约
去~奇怪///有了结果他们会寄到家里吗？还是要自己打电话问呢？ |

顺便问一下，你说的内检是用手伸进去测那种还是用超声的探头伸进去？我现在每次超
声都会做vaginal的检查，看宫颈长度，倒没有感觉很疼。但是让midwife手伸进去查过一次，那次是有一点点疼，不过还好没有流血。

。。
而且B超，医生估计的也不准。我一个好朋友，2次宝宝都是8.8磅，但是2次OB估计都是
6。5-7磅。。。不过貌似是反例啦。。
我昨天内检：

EPIDURAL is different from other 麻药 since it will relief mom's pain while
keeping bb be active. and it won't 延长产程.
And as told by dr', when you choose not to use epidural, in contractions,
your womb and muscle will contact, which will delay the dilation and 延长产
程.
And it might be covered by your insurance. I used epidural twice and other
麻药 due to the long delivery and finally I only paid $500 deductible for
everything. |

UTI，基本没法避免。 听听urologist的意见。还有一定要看pedatric urologist. 一
定要把医生给的antibiotics吃完to prevent pyelonephritis. |

I had cervix check at my due date and no dilation (also long and closed). I
didn't walk steps more than as needed for regular daily life or eat

我刚翻书，说lightening是 "the baby has dropped, settling deeper into your
pelvis in preparation for labor and delivery".就是说宝宝落入盆内，就叫“
lightening”。
而说"At 0 station, the baby are said to be engaged in the pelvis, as the
largest part of the baby's head had now entered the pelvic inlet".就是说在0
的位置，才是engagement。
把我弄糊了，我听说第一胎入盆早，老问OB engaged了没有，她都说没有。敢情是问错
了？是不是应该问lightening了没有吧？ |

3. Tylenol or tylenol#3 are very safe for pain during pregnancy.

5. Abdominal pain or contraction pain is very common during normal pregnancy

i am having twins and had such kind of discharge at 24wk and my cervix was
shortened by 1.4cm that week. i was then admitted to the hospital and
stayed
there for 2.5wks and now have strict bed rest at home. |

at night. it turned out that baby a has low fluid level (afi 5.7, highest
pocket 2.6) and has a dilated heart ventricle (his heart was fine several
weeks
earlier). both are signs of growth restriction. now, i have to do
ultrasound to check the fluid level and non stress test 3 times a week.
today
is the end of 29th week, baby a is only 2 pound 4 ounce (grow 6 ounce in the
