产的时候要用抗生素；然后说刚做的B超显示宝宝右肾脏正常，左侧偏大，她没跟我说
具体的数值，但以前做过很多B超都没有发现这个问题；她要让我去High risk那里再做
一次B超看看。
我看网上好多有这样问题的都是男宝宝，我家也是个男宝宝，这个是很严重的问题吗？
有没有jms有过类似的经历？ 谢谢！ |

预产期前两天mucus plug已经掉了，预产期+4天 正好是周五，去产检宫口已开3-4指，
b超显示宝宝9lb 2 oz, 第三次帮我做membrane sweep,我的ob坚持等周一不生再来催产
，因为周一她值班，她想要帮我接生，她觉得我周末一定会发动，头胎这么大的宝宝如
果催产转c的概率很大，而且mucus plug掉了一周了，所以最好等宝宝自己发动，此前
她觉得我骨架子大，而且宫颈软化很快，36周的时候就软化了70%，c的概率低于10%，
结果最后一次b超后告诉我，c的概率上升到40%，最后一次产检的时候我是背着产包去
的，希望能当天催产，结果被拒绝后只好回家等着，出了医院门口就开始崩溃大哭，因
为心里觉得等到周一再催产，顺产的希望就更加渺茫了，心里完全没有做好c的准备
周日晚上一夜无眠，早上5点按照ob说的出发前给医院值班护士打电话，结果被护士告
知ob没有帮我预约催产的房间，让我等8点ob上班了再给ob电话问清楚，后来8点了接到

觉怀孕最早的征兆是月经不来，此时胎儿约4周的胎龄，而RU486有效的期限是怀孕7至8
周以内，考虑以RU486终止怀孕，从第4周自觉怀孕至第8周的最大极限，大约只有4周不
到的时间。RU486的堕胎效果只有64%至85%，服用过后二天，必须追加misoprostol（一
种前列腺素）的口服药或阴道塞剂，刺激子宫收缩，强化RU486的堕胎效果，真正的堕
胎处方应书写为RU486/PG（prostaglandin）。RU486的堕胎效果，服用过后4小时内，
约50%的孕妇就自觉类似生产阵痛的症状，同时观察到类似月经的胚胎组织排出体外，
约25%在接下来的20小时内产生效果，其余的使用者在二周内可观察到堕胎的现象，少
数孕妇服用RU486完全无效，因此二周之后，必须到妇产科门诊追踪，确定已经完全流
产，如果RU486的治疗失败，就得安排外科方式的人工流产，取出胎儿组织，RU486可能
导致畸胎，没有成功的流产，此时必须终止怀孕过程，绝对不可以持续怀孕至生产。

还是要重视的，有可能是preterm cervix dilation也可能是bladder infection，需要
找ob来rule out。结果给ob打电话，很不给力啊，给我说数contraction如果一小时超
过6次就去报到，我说好像不是一个一个的contraction，就是整个肚子都很紧，也有几
个点很紧，而且紧很久，人家听了觉得我大概是神经紧张吧，没咋理我。 |
