发帖数: 21 | 1 最近输卵管造影HSG和超声检查结果说我有两个子宫内膜息肉，在子宫后壁上。HSG还说
输卵管一侧堵塞。现在infertility specialist医生建议同时做子宫镜和腹腔镜检查，
这样就可以同时切除polyp和检查输卵管，但是他不确定能否修复输卵管。搞不好以后
还得再做腹腔镜。我现在不能确定这个手术的性质。这算是大手术吗？不同的医生做差
别会很大吗？目前的医生很年轻，有些担心。想请教有经验的姐妹，这个检查有没有必
要做？可能的大风险？非常感谢。 |

Recommend to do it. Also you can ask the doctor for successful rate, how
much experience he or she has for the surgery. If you feel unconfortable,
directly tell him or her. Or change a doctor. |

发帖数: 21 | 3 谢谢回复。医生说不做腹腔镜的话，输卵管堵塞会降低受孕机率，可能宫外孕。我现在
怕的很，因为以前从未尝试过怀孕，这次试了大半年没结果，而且过了30岁了，有些着
急了。就怕做得不好，反倒影响以后怀孕。还有人有别的意见吗？谢谢了。

发帖数: 1211 | 4 Polyps (内膜息肉) are only found inside of uterus. Operative Hysteroscopy (
子宫镜) is the best approach to fix endometrial polyps.
The tissue outside of the uterus is probably endometriosis, which usually is
associated with menstrual pain and in severe cases can cause infertility.
Laparoscopy is great to diagnose endometriosis. But I am not exactly sure
it can do much about your fallopian tube.
It is always helpful to have the doctor explain the purpose and approach of
the operation in detail fo |

发帖数: 21 | 5 非常感谢各位的热心回帖。我一直也在网上查找相关信息。想不通的就是医生说HSG的
检查结果不一定准确，但是他就要在没有double confirm的情况下，要做腹腔镜给我检
查输卵管，并且不确定能否修复。这个infertility specialist才独立行医3年。我担
心会不会太轻率了，因为我只试孕了9-10个月啊！ 说起我的OB，就更生气了。态度差
的要死，没说两句话就着急看下一个病人了。我告诉她infertility specialist推荐做
宫腹腔镜检查。她立马说她来做，还让我马上约手术时间。又不肯解释做与不做的风险
，就打发我走了。一点耐心都没有。现在这两个医生我都不信任，我打算再找别的nice
一些的医生问问。估计要约很长时间才能见到吧。当时就是着急才找的好约的医生，结
果都不让人放心。想再问问可不可以继续尝试自然怀孕，不行的话，再说全麻检查的事
。希望输卵管只有一侧通，怀孕时不会太危险。有人有类似经验吗？谢谢了。

管fills with intrinsically normal appearance to the level of distal
fimbriated portion, which is questionably dilated. No definite spillage of
contrast from the left tube is evidenced. 最后又提了question of mild
hydronephrosis distal. 这是指输卵管一直通畅到末梢distal,然后发现伞状体有扩张
dilated吗？hydronephrosis不是肾积水的意思吗?这里难道指输卵管积水?我以前几年
前得过急性尿道炎,不知这个会不会引起输卵管炎症?医生说左侧输卵管没有definite
patency demonstrated,我现在也糊涂了.这是说输卵管完全堵塞吗? 谢谢了.

发帖数: 1211 | 7 First of all, you only need one fallopian tube to get pregnant. The
fact that your left tube may not be patent shall not make you infertile.
Hydronephrosis is 肾积水; it has nothing to do with fertility. This is
something dealt with by urologists or nephrologists but not OB doctors.
Depending on your age, 9-10 month active trial without success should
trigger more thorough workup. Maybe your PCP can give you better
recommendations for reproduction endocrinologists.
