实习老师还问了这个．
lidocaine,可用于注射的时候缓解疼痛， 我理解为麻醉一下。所以我就把这个联想到
当心跳过快，也需要给他们麻一下，这样就会慢下来。（很牵强的理解）
lidocaine 会和atropine 连着记了，atropine 是让心跳得快点．
lidocaine只能IV !!!! 因为经过肝就几乎失效了。

不能够用于narrow angle glucoma！！！喜欢考这一点。 |

时间吧，晚上回来陪娃睡了然后自己刷题。很不幸，还是全挂了。另外很多大公司现在
也不招opt身份的非new grad。FLA都没有给我面试。有时候想想，大概这种水平的CS
PhD就我一个了吧（呵呵）。还是喜欢写程序的，可是越来越觉得自己似乎并没有这方
面的天分。骑的驴也没积累到什么CS的经验，做了很多business相关的东西。感觉在这
里待得时间越久，自己的career荒废的越多。而且有了几年工作经验之后就会被问很多
design相关的东西，可是我的实际工作中也没涉及多少。用的也是那套软轮。从当年的
认为只要自己努力什么都能做到的少年，慢慢变成了如今已经习惯了生活会经常跟我开
玩笑的准大叔。身份也没有。PTO也差不多用光（每次都要从东海岸飞西海岸，然后面

in temperature. Simply use a thermometer and keep a diary of
temperature at different occasions. There can be a difference between
perceived 头凉 vs truly decrease in temperature, which is an indication
of constriction of superficial blood vessels. 热水蒸头 is unlikely to
dilate the vessels.
Secondly, I don't believe there is medical reason to support the notion

Eye doctor's name should be optometrist, OD
You can walk in to Lenscraft or Pearle Vision to get some general
information. Those stores have eye doctors in house. Or you can get a
referal from your primary doctor. Or friend's referal and etc.

。6天后再查，开3.5指。回家，洗澡，睡午觉，3pm醒来的时候感觉有破水，4开始阵痛
。诊所让去医院查。
5点到医院，护士验证是羊水，开5指，让去走廊里遛达一个小时，再决定是否留下。一
小时后6指，于是进产房。其后2小时开到8指。疼痛有点厉害，但也不是不能忍。只不
过同时LD和周围一大堆护士应付不过来，于是叫了epidural，半小时后不疼了，开始谈
笑风声。9指以后好像有点艰难，护士往两腿之间夹了一个birthing ball，然后轮流左
右侧，躺说是帮助dilation。
凌晨2点开始push。几次之后护士说你自己跟着感觉走就行。但我已经感觉不太出了（
虽然麻醉师极口否认，我还是严重怀疑他用药过量）。push了两个小时宝宝硬币大的一
块头皮已经可见了，就是出不来。其实也怪我，什么事情都是只出90-95%的力，包括每
次push。最后值班OB(男)说要不给你吸一下吧。我问这个对宝宝危险么，答曰就吸一下
，出不来另说。我说可，于是又折腾了几下之后，凌晨四点哗啦一声宝宝出来了。 |

I searched on line and find some tips,
1. Prenatal exercise
Walking, Prenatal Yoga, Swimming
2. Stay at home longer and walk around when contraction starts
at least till 5-11
3. Request epidural as late as possible. surely it could be too late after 7
cm dilation.
4. Kegel exercise
5. Avoid induction unless it is medically necessary.

2010年的一月24号下午和妈妈、老公去mall去逛了两个小时，回来很想吃辣辣的火锅，
妈妈带来的秦妈火锅就被我们一扫而空，其实那晚妈妈、老公没怎么吃，我一个人吃了
很多，女儿 真是懂事，知道妈妈喜欢吃火锅，在出生前还让妈妈过瘾了一番，后面哺
乳的一年估计都要和火锅say byebye了。晚上边吃火锅边看连续剧《错爱》，看的我好
伤心的说……肚子还一阵阵的阵痛，我们那晚休息的早10点，躺在床上宫缩折磨的我也
没睡着，还一边拿着表数宫缩，到了1、2点的时候已经疼的挺厉害了，我看老公睡得香
就没打扰，自己疼的在床上踢腿，到了3点我受不了，叫醒了老公、妈妈。妈妈给我煮
了一个鸡蛋，我喝了一碗粥，宫缩的疼实在让我吃不下东西了，开车到达医院估计5点
，我坐上了轮椅被推到了二楼，护士见我没有大喊大叫以为还早呢，就慢慢悠悠的收拾
病房，我躺在了床上，护士为了佩戴了监听BB心跳和宫缩的仪器，后来来了一位护士为
了内检，说了一句‘completely dilatated’.我惊呆了，为了自己的耐力和忍痛力而
惊呆！也算达到自己预期的目的，不用麻药。当时我已经想Push了，护士说不 |
