PowerPro的线要好一点。中了大鱼，都会Digging。还有人说放松Drag可以减少Digging
。钓Bass我从来不放松Drag，没有这习惯。万一有巨物，Baitcast我就松闸，用拇指做

Possible gas and water, drainage pipe, sewer pipe, cable,
telephone line. You name it. Call them can tell them
how deep you are going to dig, then they will figure out
who need to come out and mark the line.
Here it is the law that you need to call before digging.
If you call, they don't mark it, then it is their problem.
If you don't call and break the line, you might face a fine.

里使用 圣灵的启示这个词的时候，可否考虑直接使用 ENLIGHTMENT这个词，或者说圣

想检测老鼠体外培养细胞中病毒感染前期，病毒RNA是否和目标蛋白结合成RNP complex。
目标蛋白IP抗体available，想检测的viral RNA 为40－50 nt的leader sequence （
LeRNA）。
做了些homework，准备用目标蛋白pulldown，PK处理，纯化RNA组分，northern检测。
问题：
1）由于个人原因，不想用同位素标记探真做northern，不知可否用dig－probe做
northern，主要担心RNA量太少，不知道dig的灵敏度是否足够。
2）由于目标RNA只有40－50 nt，请问northern 的DNA或RNA probe是否只能是这40－
50nt的序列？如果probe只有40－50 nt，是否太短？尤其是用dig－UTP标记？可否适当
延长probe至200 nt－300nt（后续sequence是病毒的另外一个高表达基因，如果该基因
mRNA也和目标蛋白结合最好，如果不和目标蛋白结合，是否延长的probe检测不到40－50nt的leRNA？）
3）除了northern， |

against the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and GOP-leaning groups, accusing them
of using foreign money to help finance political ads. Trouble is, they're
