现在日本中国欧洲美国的很多研究小组发现很多素食含有维生素b12, 由于欧洲人以前
没有食用这些食(药)品,所以以前西方科学家得出了人需要吃肉补充B12的这样一个
巨大的错误结论。今天这一错误的结论仍然misleads着全世界很多的人。其实吃素营养
足够 更健康。含有B12的素食至少包括:
1) 紫菜 海带等海藻类 (spirulina)
2) 各种各样的蘑菇 (mushroom), 这是日本科学家2012年作出的重要发现。见参考

3) 腐乳之类(tempeh)
4) 日本餐馆里都有的miso汤
5) 其它发酵的食品 如腊八豆
6) 紫花苜蓿(Alfalfa)含有各种大量的B1, B6, B12等。紫花苜蓿是亚洲人的食
物。阿拉伯人称之为食物之父。
7) 各种豆芽菜类 (sprout)
8) 日本的黑茶叶, 类似茶叶中国也有。
9) 传闻南美印第安人某些植物食品和中国的菠菜和馒头都含有维生素B12,红萝卜
放在室温下被表面的细菌分解后产生B12,这些有待进一步研究证实。

不用两天连着,任意两天。比如星期天,星期3。如果星期天又饭局,改到星期一或者
星期6也没大问题。我现在不想再减太多,就改成一星期一次。正规的说法是男的每天
进食不超过600大卡,女的500大卡。实际我们也不仔细算,就这两天把自己当成兔子,
只吃蔬菜。
据说这个办法比一般的diet效果好。因为如果你一直diet,一个是人会饿的或馋得难过
,很难坚持。另一个是如果一直diet,你的身体适应了低卡路里摄入,新陈代谢会减慢
。这个只diet两天因为是突然减少,新陈代谢不会减慢,所以效果反而好,而且很容易
坚持。反正只饿一天,第二天好吃的东西照吃。

其实我觉得大部分要减肥的人都不需要减肥:)任何一种特殊的diet 比如Atkins diet,
South beach diet, portion control diet 都能减肥,关键是选择一个自己能够坚持的
(有的别人能坚持的你不一定您),所以选择适合自己能坚持的最重要。然后做无氧运
动提高基础肌肉比例来提高安静时候的代谢率,使自己吃更多而不胖。

如果是low carb diet,那必然是不如high/regular carb diet有劲的,
血糖浓度摆在那里,没什么好说的。
每个人对low carb diet的适应性都不一样,
有人坚持一段时间会适应得很好,有人可能就一直不行。
你如果就打算一辈子low carb diet了,那就必须根据你自己的情况慢慢调整运动量,
不要总是处于很累的状态,这样对身体并不好。
而且身体自身如果持续疲劳,会有对应的反应,降低基础代谢,
进入低耗能状态,这样一是运动容易出危险,二是总消耗未必就能增加。
另外low carb不等于low calories,每天800卡运动量也不算低了,
如果摄入还偏低,又是低碳水,那对身体不一定很好。

目前在用HCG diet (costco的山寨版)
phase 1 2days 完成
phase 2 28days 500cal diet
phase 3 21days 1500cal diet
恢复期 3周, 可以开始下一轮。
500cal diet只吃午饭和晚饭, 每顿100g肉,一杯蔬菜, 一个水果, 一片20卡的
toast。
每天喝水3-4升。
头2-3天特难受,尤其是下午2-3点, 特别馋, 心惶惶的。
后面几天就上午10点多会饿,我吃半个水果, 下午饿就喝半杯咖啡。
过了一周, 好像已经适应了, 对平常food好像没感觉了, 就是比较怕冷。 我加了30
-40分钟的轻量运动。
今天是phase 2的第11天。
很明显的减肥速度慢下来了, 如果2-3天能减半磅, 应当不算平台期, 如果更慢,
可能就得从运动上加量。

我个人吃的是“传说”中的clean diet。
clean diet可以总结为这几点:
瘦肉:鸡胸,火鸡胸,瘦牛肉,白鱼
主食:squash,五谷杂粮,红薯紫薯,南瓜,芋头
蔬菜:新鲜蔬菜,深绿色为佳
脂肪:植物油脂为主,少量逃不掉的动物脂肪(比如说吃的肉里面带的)
调料:盐,胡椒,新鲜herb 就是无酱料,中国餐馆的brown sauce,老外的Alfredo通
通毙了!
减肥第一件事情就是Clean up diet,停止甜食,加工食品(薯片,罐头,长得跟地里
刨出来的时候完全不一个样子的),膨化食品,油炸食品
然后吃健康家常菜,吃到不饿,记录卡路里,不突然增加运动量,观察自己两个星期。
体重没变的话,这就是你的一天的代谢了。
体重轻了,恭喜,继续吃吧。
体重增加了,每天砍掉200卡,继续观察。
妹子们不要突然改变自己的饮食习惯,要给自己身体一段时间适应,比如说爱吃甜食的
,先改成吃以前的一半,然后慢慢越吃越少,用水果代替甜品。爱吃水煮鱼的,用清蒸

减肥失败经常是规矩太多,很容易破。
每周应该有cheating day,给心理一个放松。
现在流行的5:2 diet完全把 dieting vs. cheating 的数量颠倒过来,变成 2-day
dieting 500 Cal vs. 5 cheating days. 很多其他diet失败的人都成功了,因为更容
易遵守。

对于要少吃,真是不能同意过多!!!
减肥要么就是少吃, 要么就是多运动, 只要每天最后摄入的减去消耗的能量比你自己
身体需要的还少, 那就会减肥。但是运动要能消耗很多能量的话, 花的时间长, 就
看大家schedule有没有那么多时间了, 反正我家两娃的大人都忙的不行。所以还是少
吃最有效。
至于少吃, 那些各种diet, 实在都不值得盲目的去跟从, 看看那些diet有哪个是中
国人写的? 哪个不是欧美大胖子国家写的? 人家的饮食结构和我们相差太远, 一顿
饭里面想要把摄入的能量减下来太难,要cut都不知道该吃什么好了。 所以才编些这
样那样的, 其实正常的中餐组合基本就是最健康的了, 当然红烧肉和天天拿大猪油做
菜的除外。 在这个正常的combination的基础上适当的减少米饭, 面食的量, 多吃蔬
菜和含糖少的水果来果腹, 就完了。 我真是看不懂老中们上来讲什么这个diet那个
diet的。。。
对于那些坚持完全戒除米饭和面条的, 我持保留意见, 这就看你除了米饭面条之外还
吃什么含CHO的东西了, 大概占整个饮食的比例是多少, 要是实在少, 那么还是要小

看了第二个review,根第一个的说法还是有差别的,主要是diet的定义:
Chris是super low fat,但是没有说具体吃什么,究竟是protein多还是carb多;
Xand cut out carbs,但是他吃的主要是meat, fish, eggs and cheese,这个很难说
就是high fat,因为meat & fish都可以是lean protein,究竟protein和fat的比例是
多少,没有看到。不吃carb,不一定就是high fat。他的carb减得很彻底,比一般人彻
底多了,连蔬菜水果都不吃,那么必须有足够的fat才能进入keto状态,不然脑子和身
体都会觉得slow,这是预料之中的。文章中没有提到他有没有用keto试纸来检测。很有
可能他的diet里面的fat不够。吃带批的鸡腿不能说明是high fat。
没有看到视频,这些文章都没有提到具体的营养比例,让人无法评价,连diet的定义都
实在是太模糊了。

nutritious meal after a hard workout is the most important thing for

好文章, 人的燃烧脂肪的能力的确应该是可以慢慢锻炼的,
好像减肥里面有个阿式diet? 就是基本不吃carb, 基本也是
差不多的原理, 让身体里没糖可烧, 只能烧脂肪...
最后那个,其实不一定需要high-fat diet, 因为人体里本身
的脂肪已经足够多, 基本可以说是无穷无尽, 并不需要再
吃fat, 最近比较流行的是low carb diet, running on empty,
来提高代谢脂肪能力, 但是是不是每个人都适用, 对于马拉松
