住就能停下来
但是大多数人不知道,连着踩几脚没停下来,想要继续却因为刹车过热刹车效率下降停
不下来
像这种一跑一个多小时的最后还是有机会挽回的
但是如果在本地路上,没有空间的话只能自求多福了
不过丰田每个车型还真有brake failure的投诉,就是一脚踩到底完全无效

么不好,就是觉得活着没什么意思。当然也别惹我,否则很容易发火的说。
不是说忙人没有depression,而是depression的时候人不会想干任何事情。我开始没有
意识到是depression,倒是每星期去找医生看,反正身体也是,这也不舒服,那也不舒
服。也计划休假休息一下。后来随着确诊,就开始休息。差不多一个月以后才有所恢复。
西医治疗药物其实并不理想,用药的机理都是假设出来的。中医有些方法,我觉得lz老
婆如果没有那么严重,不妨试试中医。不管怎么说,一定要多管齐下,想办法改善这个
情况!
我也记得这里有个depression版面的,可是后来怎么找不到了? |

1. 进科室前的准备。
1) 临床知识。进科室前曾经和位老先生请教过读书的事。 他建议看Board Review
一类较好。 里面的内容都是对美国医生要求掌握的, 将来考执照方正也要看。可以考
虑看MKSAP16, 将来考执照也看这套书。这套书就是挺贵。可以从头读, 也可以遇到啥
病读啥病, 没遇到的就多看几遍。
还有其它书, 比如Pocket Medicine, Washington Manual, 这些也都挺好。
对于离开临床挺长时间的同学, 可以考虑先看Hutchison’s Clinical Methods. 英国
作者。 类似于《诊断学》, 是一本很好的为临床打基础的书。 从中可以很系统地认
识各大类疾病。 自己感觉以前为了考试, 尤其Step2/3, 读的是复习大纲, 另外做题

to 9, 0 is "not depressed at all", 9 is "very very depressed"..

助。e1206很明显的有serious suicidal thought,30多个回帖没几个是正经安慰的,大
部分还讨论怎样commit suicide. 如果这个俱乐部里的人都是因为有depression的原因
加入的话,应该都能理解depressed的时候那种无助和悲伤。
本人是万年潜水王,多年的clinical depression,当初想加入D_supportgroup就是想
在某一时刻实在撑不下的时候可以有个地方说说,不过现在看来这一条路是行不通的。
我不知道大家加入D_SupportGroup都什么目的,是真的想得到帮助,还是想无病呻吟,
还是来看热闹的。
如果e1206是灌水的话,我无话可说(我不会骂人)。如果e1206真的是depressed的话
