么程度。
A report给B（一个俄国老太，很有心计）。
B和我平级，共同report给大老板C，C的老板是老印director。
组会，B，C都从来不参加。小组商量project，然后分配下周任务。A比我来公司早，被
安排负责主持这个会议。今天预计有风暴，所以B来了。会上A纠集了另外两个人（一个
和她平级的老外，一个外组的常客），在加上自己老板坐镇，共同给我施压，首先诋毁
我在做的工作，不放入下周工作分配，然后把一个做了好久没有做出来的project给我
。这个project是A老公的（同一个系但不同组，和我平级），以自己有conflict为由强
行加给我。Project做出来可能性为零。被我拒绝，我说以前没做过，也不是我的业务
范围，组里别的人更有经验，我可以work on比较擅长的几个项目。但是三人说大家都
忙，把我本来要做的一个on hold，一个给了别人，然后把project强塞过来。会上A和
两个帮手语气强烈，不容我有说话机会。本人英文还可以，但是不低三人都是native。

Decision，虽然逻辑上I-485依赖于I-140但程序上只要I-485没有被deny那你的EAD还是
合法的，如果USCIS动作慢那你就可能会多得到一些时间。但是无论如何如果你已经使
用了EAD那么485被Deny以后没有了合法身份也不可能COS回H-1B而需要出境重新激活身
份。
找到下家肯定应该要transfer H-1B，否则一挂就到底了。至于怎么知道I-140是否被
withdraw这个是很delicate的问题，当鸵鸟是个办法，侧面问问也可以考虑，比如反正
你绿卡是公司Sponsor的generally的问问绿卡有没有影响看能不能套点信息出来。 |
