卖给神医一个Fire，收到label，及时寄出。Fire是brand new sealed的。
过了几天，神医说病人发现是defective的，跟我联络要换一个。我同意了，如果确实
是defective。
现在收到病人的退货，神医然我出label寄给病人。我觉得我当初寄出的是sealed的，
不可能知道是defective，我已经尽力给神医换了一个。我认为label应该神医出，因为
这是他biz的一部分。神医不同意，大家评评理吧？

两个不担保不是）
我卖的都是tablets，也没打算赚什么钱，就只是为了刷卡赚点积分，商品但求价格合
适卖了就行了，量也不多，就那么几台。
FBA的确卖得很快，基本上两台Nexus 7当天到warehouse就卖掉了，两外两台
transformer 也在两天内卖掉。我这个新手心想这也太神奇了，感觉FBA就是神器了，
在自己没有history的情况下继承了Amazon的customer base 跟 rating。接着我做了一
件很大胆的事情，买了10台Transformer和5台Nexus 7， 打算以相同的方法卖掉。我所
有的inventory都是全新没开包的，所有Transformer都是有原厂塑料wrap好的，Nexus
7的包装没有wrap 也没有 seal，但是所有的Nexus 7都是这样的，google的包装就是随
便。经过Amazon check in 后，所有inventory 都match 我list 的condition （我以
为Amazon的检测是很严谨的）。

以前的hp photosmart，卖了10几台，就有2台是因为defective的原因退。其中一台因
为搬家没时间做warranty，total loss。退货率15%.
后来canon MG6120退过一台，说是嫌太大了。退货率5%
canon MX892最近收到两台退货，一台是病人嫌打印速度太慢，另外一台说是printer
head dislodge，算defective。退货率8%左右吧。
2270前2年退货率为0，最近一年退货率比较高，大概有2-3%吧。
samsung 的退过一个激光的ML-252，是defective，打印不了。退回来找厂家，结果被
refer到一个local私人的修理铺，修了很长时间，等拿到的时候测试，发现打印出来的
页有一部分总是磨很浅，估计是printer head的问题。测试了一下墨盒，已经被修理铺
打印了几百
页，也懒得再卖了。
激光的还好，墨盒打开后还可以用很长时间，当作半新的卖，一般赔20块能处理掉。喷
墨的基本上墨盒打开就开始挥发，一个月内不用也基本上干掉。再卖要赔30-50。 |

人稳住不要让病人恼朽成怒az，宁可自己软一点想办法解决。
有一个病人收到一个printer后说无线不work但又没带cable。我说我寄一个cable让他
试。二周后又说用了cable还是不work。 我就说这款printer包装不咋的，但质量世界
第一，我卖了有一千台（吹牛了！），还没找到一台真defective的。如真是defective
， 可以退钱或换，并给了厂家support的电话。他就回话说，好东西他不care包装，
他会和厂家联系要求customer support，并假客气一下。 现都过了有两月了，没再
找回来

你可以claim warranty，不从，那就退回来吧，如果不是defective会有restcoking
fee（list里写明了15%），之后一个说话很痞，自称她husband的人打电话来（从ebay
要的号码），威胁说是收fee的话要去BBB，small court，etc，我说你先退回来再说，
如果确实是defective，可以不收，那边说好。没想到挂了电话没几分钟，这厮就直接
在paypal开了case并且升级到paypal仲裁。结果自然是判我输，最evil的是退回来的连
model都不对，真恶心。

buyer开了return request的第一个email说是defective，然后我问了几个简单的问题
，没回，2星期以后才回说还是要return。寄回来一看，没有manual和original
packaging（cushion），用的自己的bubble wrap寄过来的，original outbox有的，但
是裸寄过来的，还设置了密码，折腾了好几天才搞定restore.
寄到以后我就问他要密码，还有original packaging和manual，他就开了az，已经去
staples弄个tune up report，到时候represent给amazon
如果是defective，可以扣多少restocking fee? 如果不是defective呢？

如果buyer符合buyer protection条件， 你就必须接受return, 而且你要付return
shipping cost, 而且你要full refund, 而且你会被记录一个defect。

defective or does not fit 算,open case 算，主动cancel算，病人说没收到，但是
tracking 显示deliver算。尼玛，这种方法是吃屎长大的人搞出来的吗？你20个order
，只要沾上一条，defect rate就会是5%。这样你的list就会沉底，而卖不出去东西。

给客服打了几次电话，要求remove一些defects。有的customer service staff比较
nice，能给你去掉0-2个，有的和死板，死活不肯，白浪费时间。每次打电话中间耗时
半个到1个小时。这样的电话我一共打了3-4次左右，一共去掉了6个defect。
但是因为长期不卖，list都已经沉底了，我也没有太大兴趣跳水。就先这么招吧。这个
平台适合卖一些开包的退货，或者amazon卖不了的东西。 |

退回来再倒腾不值当那些退款的）以表善意。毕竟买家自己拆机拆到卸下CPU，这已不
是正常使用的范畴了，他自己都坦承说愿意承担restocking fee了。最后他都给我留了
positive feedback。但这个defect就是remove不了。
恶霸现在的策略就是让卖家难过。存心的。
厂家的生产问题，买家使用不当，运输公司的问题（寄错地方或者野蛮装卸导致的损坏
），只要买家说not as described，就算卖家的defect。不管客服如何后期去挽回，就
是不会remove。即使客服能够做到让买家留positive feedback的程度，恶霸也铁心不
会favor卖家，我操！
因为这个defect，我的top rate没了。其实这20%的selling fee真的没有多少，但我只
是对自己付出的努力不被认可而心头有火。这种策略下，谁还去会花时间做好客服？必
然导致卖家以后不甩买家，买家也就更加得寸进尺的恶性循环。

照说本科生得让发考题们认为极其有科研的潜质,才能打败无数硕士生,发考题们才
会直接给本科生offer直攻博士;
看这份简历,我的感觉是
1.本科成绩好,会读书
2.参加了很多国内老师的项目,参加了一些海外老师的暑期短期项目,有些学术锻炼和想
法,但无明显成果,可能人缘好,会来事;但不排除夸大自己作用的可能
3.得了一些奖学金,国内高校基本上成绩好加积极参加学校各项活动,对老师会来事,自
然就能得.
3.英语写的好
4.积极参加各种活动,精力充沛,勤奋,把自己的时间,安排的满满当当的,有废寝忘食的
倾向.
5.非常有计划性和目的性,经过几年奋斗,作为本科学生,已经达到面面聚到的无短板程
度.
作为本科生,这份简历无疑是优秀的;但是却无法直接得出极其有科研的潜质的结论;相
反无数硕士生申请攻博士,由于年龄大一些和工作经历,也许本科成绩绩点低一些,得的

公式中其他3项可以计算出来：
P(A)=1/2 即两个盒子中拿到A盒子的概率
P(def3|A)= (5/50)*(4/49)*(3/48) 即已知是A盒子的前提下，拿出3个defect的概率
P(def3)=? 这个要复杂一些，即无论拿到哪个盒子，拿出3个都是defect的概率（叫作
