剩余, 可以用来做为principal reduction, 有的lender称为principal curtailment.
这个reduction一般是在付了一个月的payment之后才反映在principal上.
Principal curtailment is shown as a charge on the closing statement,
that's because it's used to offset the rebate. If you remove it from the
closing statement, the charge and credit column won't get balance.

被中国的同事、同学甚至朋友因为我对中国及其文化的见解而嗤之以鼻。“你是个老外

每次我听到这句话，我就感觉要像南方公园里的那些人，他们被新泽西州海岸的奇风异
俗困扰不已，愤而反抗而不是被“这就是新泽西”这种不合理不正常的解释而糊弄。
我不认为谈到中国就需要什么特别的资格或专业知识。尽管我花了七年的时间深入研究
语言，文学，戏剧和电影，还是承认我的洞察力远远不够。我放弃了继续提高的我的中
文口语，因为我被太多使用双语的外国人或中国人打击到了，他们一直坚持把这个作为
工作技能。我也没有继续阅读中文小说了，因为最喜欢的作家没有新的作品。太多的表
演糟糕、老拿“问题”做文章却在真正的问题前止步的片子让我放弃了国产电影，中国
电影为了国内票房开始惟利是图。
但是，我对电影热情不减，我还是保持乐观的，不会完全不闻不问，有朋友推荐的话还
是愿意看一部中国电影。《让子弹飞》是著名导演姜文的作品，他的作品我还在大学的
