现在学化学的，大概80%的祖孙三代要倒霉。
2007年以后才开始读博士的，如果学有机，已经是白痴。90%的祖宗八代子孙后代都倒
了血霉。
2014年还在学有机合成的，99.9%的祖宗八代子孙后代都要倒血霉。80年代的有机土博美
国制药工作N年，55岁回国挣大钱操小妞的（张江药谷的听说过没有？），不算，人家
那是80年代学的化学。

FOMC: At 14:00ET/19:00BST, the Fed will release minutes from the July 30-
31st FOMC meeting. The Street is looking for some specific guidance in the
minutes on how the committee expect tapering to unfold.

claims for jobless benefits rose last week and sales of previously owned
homes fell in March, data showed on Thursday, indicating the 16-month old

其说是“风险小”列表，不如说是“房子难涨地区列表”。试论证一二：
1. 常言道“强者恒强，弱者恒弱”。NYC, SF地区房价高企不是一年两年了，支撑房价
的不是那个affordability的percentage，而是能afford的人口数和房子总数的比例。
这里看百分比是没有多大意义的。只要还有人能买得起还愿意买，即使affordability
只有15%又如何呢？
