多, cover closing cost之后如果还有少于, 会用于principle reduction.
您如果是自己付钱, 这个就和一般意义上的principle reduction不同. 而是paydown
新的loan amount, 主要是为了降低LTV, 来增加lender rebate或者lower rate.

般，不过之后的一篇评论激发了我的一点考古兴趣。
博格在1981年温网决赛输给麦肯罗，同年美网决赛再次输给麦肯罗，输掉比赛后，
博格连颁奖典礼都没参加就离开了，之后很快就宣布退役，正式退役在1983年4月。
他的退役，并不简单的是因为麦肯罗的崛起和对胜利的渴望的消退，而是多种因
素，包括ITF对他的一些安排，或许还和1981年美网半决赛博格击败康纳斯后收到
的死亡威胁有关系。
