就在Lexington Blvd上，近59公路，6号公路，和90公路。步行距离到Colony Mall,邮

1993年建成的成熟小区。小学为8分，中学9分。高中6分。由于我们孩子还没有上
kidgarden，所以现在只关心小学和中学。
双车库。由于车库attach在房的右边，地下室面积跟一层一样大，finished without C
.O。有个小的dry bar。
9个房间，包括4个卧室，2个半卫生间。Attic: Pull down.
Style：colonial，model：colonial。Exter： clapboard， color：country red。
Complex: Chelsea, Fuel: Gas. A/C：Central,
Parking: Driveway, 2 car attached. Wall: Sheetrock Roof: Asphalt.
房子正面朝西，稍微偏向北一点，有porch和走廊。应该夏天起到遮阳的作用。前院全
是草坪和花，没有树。这个小区所有的房子前院好像都没有树。后院有点下坡，但是坡
度还能接受。是一片树林，不会有新房建造。

colonial上下幅度太大，ranch平面展开太大，split对我来说正好。 |

你是说colonial吧，这个其实不算特别traditional的，算比较新的。
老些的两层房子包括cape cod，bi-level，的确都不如colonial的好，当然也便宜不少。
ranch比较特殊，有很多方便之处，家有老人的话比较好。而且因为都在一层，所以给
人感觉面积很大。 |

目前白蚁防治大都以化学药剂灌药法，但是随著环保意识抬头，白蚁防治也有新方法，
这种新方法称为蚁巢灭白蚁族群消灭系统(Sentricon* Colony Elimination System)这
套系统是用白蚁工蚁有互相餵食及负责餵食兵蚁、幼蚁、蚁王、蚁后的习性发展出来的
。本系统是使用含有六伏隆(Hexaflumuron)的饵剂餵食白蚁，因为六伏隆是一种昆虫生
长调节剂，可以抑制昆虫的脱皮，工蚁取食饵剂后无法脱皮而导致死亡，整个族群因而
被消灭，这是根本解决白蚁的治本方法。
六伏隆对哺乳类动物的毒性非常非常低，口服半数致死量超过5000毫克每公斤体重，只
对会脱皮的昆虫有效，没有味道，也没有刺激性。
蚁巢灭白蚁族群消灭系统(Sentricon* Colony Elimination System)是目前最有效也是
最环保的白蚁防治方法，因为本系统可以将整个族群的白蚁消灭，所以是治本而非化学
阻隔带只是治标的，白蚁族群消灭以后，本系统可持续侦测白蚁是否再侵入，因此用於
别墅、古迹及大建筑物的白蚁防治特别适合。
