There are many factors that cause cars to achieve better gas mileage in warm
weather. It is mostly due to the fact that cold weather, especially winter
weather, negatively affects fuel economy in general. Some cars, such as

If you work in the heart of DC, that might be a different story.
Expense of living: Rent in NY is twice as much as in MD;

denver's game. i live in Wisconsin and i know the difference at this range
can makes. 10F to 0F is much colder than 20F to 10F. the wind chill is the
killer.

for me, definitely colder than a regular 85F swimming pool but not much

you can even get wet suit to keep warm, or at least snorkeling suit that
