，皮肤就特别舒服。我皮肤挺好的很光滑手感很嫩的 ：）
但我觉得最好用的是头发，我常年游泳，头发毛的不行，coconut oil抹头发上，soak
overnight，第二天早起洗掉，头发就特别顺。

costco买的dates,amazon买的 unsweetened coconuts flake,honey, 还有peanut
butter.
a)1 cup dried dates
b)1 cup coconut flakes
c)2 big spoon peanut butter
d)2 spoon honey
把 a) 和b) 放到blender里，绞碎。然后放入honey, peanut butter, 继续绞，直到看
着像面团状，取出，揉成一团。然后分割成等大小团，每个小团捏成长条状，然后放
到 一个盒子里，放到冰箱里冻上。几个小时后，就可以拿出来吃了。我感觉跟
cliffbar很 像，就是没有添加更过的糖分。dates本身有很多糖，但是属于natural
sugar. coconuts 也很有营养，有各种微量元素。
要是peanut butter放多了，做完的成品可能会很软，可以考虑减少peanut butter的量
。这个方子也是我突发奇想来的，是实验品。 |

用了1年半., 以前头发掉到发际线都开始往后移了, 现在发际线的地方小头发都长出来
了,洗发也基本上不再掉发了,人为拉扯掉的除外. 基本上就是发量恢复到early 20时的
量了。所以效果总结一下就是：停止掉发，开始增发。

池还有86%，属于正常范围。然后找一大堆理由说什么电跑的快是因为app的问题，是我
们没管理好app的耗电，还要我关掉background refresh。尼玛为了这电池，从coconut
显示85%直到现在，不同的果子店跑了3，4次他们非说正常，都不想帮我们更换电池。
今天这小二更气人，直接说你如果花79刀换电池还不如加了100刀的battery pack，这
样你能提高的电量可以从14%变成到100%，这TMD都什么建议？明明他们电池有问题就是
睁眼不承认，也不知道他们自己的电池检测程序搞什么鬼，能和coconut测出来和实际

我已经记不清这几个人可以回溯到什么时候了. coconut好像99/00就在了, thrust和
xentar可能是01或02的样子. 其实还有个netghost, 也是很面熟的样子, 大概也是99/
00吧. 我从开天辟地的时候就在了. Sometimes when you look at it, it's

两个鸡蛋，1 cup heavy cream, 1 cup coconut cream (available in asian stores)
,5 tsp sugar,half tsp orange juice, mix well,开水上锅蒸15-20分钟
冷吃热吃均可，椰香可口，见客的话可以分装在4个小杯上锅蒸，然后上面放一勺
coconut cream,再撒toasted 椰丝，好看些
韩国泡菜是在天涯上看的，水照花原创，好像很容易的样子
一棵包菜（不是大白菜）对切开，切成丝，用盐拌匀，腌一会儿；然后再加进背干
的红辣椒粉和蒜末，拌匀后放入有盖的容器内，放进冰箱两天后就可以吃了。
这样做出来的泡菜不用再切，可以直接取出食用，剩下的泡菜内可以再加进黄瓜条
什么的继续腌，也好吃的很。
我通常只用半个包菜，一头大蒜，10几个干红辣椒（要用微波炉烘干，磨成粉）就
可以了。

原料：
2 1/4 cups cake flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 lb sweet butter
2 cups sugar
4 large egg
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup sour cream
heavy cream
coconut flakes
fruit
步骤:
用mixer把butter打成cream状，加入蛋黄，打一起，一个一个加，然后加vanilla，打匀。 -- mixer speed: medium
把mixer的speed调低，加入筛好的面粉，baking powder,salt,sour cream。注意begin and end with the flour。Be sure the mixture is completely blended。
另外一个碗里，用Mixer打蛋清。打好后拌入前面准备好的batter里。
装盘后放入预热后的烤箱

这个是湘辣，不是香辣哈。湘辣的意思是用了湖南的剁椒。我用的是LA湖南餐馆买的
剁椒，很辣很好吃。
1. 鸡翅剁成两块，因为我心疼我家刀，所以改在鸡翅面上切口子了……
2. 准备葱姜蒜热油下锅
3. 鸡翅放入锅中，加酱油，糖，盐，炒至变色，就是糖色
4. 加剁椒，拌匀，放入蒸锅中蒸三十分钟
5. 重新热锅，大火炒至汤汁收干，放入青蒜苗，调味料，起锅
有木耳的可以放一点黑木耳，也会很好吃

这个是跟一美国mm共同研究出来的，有些调料不知道中国买不买得到。味道超正！不
亚于饭馆里的！
原料如下：

月饼的饼皮是爱厨的方子 （体会：曾经为了健康，换成coconut oil，不行，延展性察
了很多）
馅用的是：1）绿豆蓉，基本以毛毛妈做参考，为了健康，大大减少了糖/炼乳的量，油
换成了coconut oil，然后也是减半。
2）莲蓉，按照爱厨的介绍，糖和油都是自己看着给的
但是用了food processor，把馅料都打碎，这个很管用，因为打得缘故还融入了一些空
气，所以馅比较松软的感觉，有水分，但是因为还是比较干（没有油），烤出来运气很
好没有软塌
我是用擀面杖擀得皮，然后像上foundant一样，包住里面的馅，多于的边角就直接撕掉
，不担心毛躁，因为拿压模一压就好了。这样比之前直接用手要来得快 ：） |

发帖数: 813 | 46 酒糟鸡爪子最好做，零失败。买一瓶糟卤，二斤鸡爪子。鸡爪子用冷水烧开后滚15-20
分钟，用冷水冲洗，切去指尖，放在玻璃容器里泡俩小时。可以扔几个野山椒进去。
咖喱羊肉也很省事。买咖喱调料（gold的那个），白洋葱一个，coconut cream一瓶，
野山椒少许。用水调匀，锅里放油烧热，炒洋葱，加咖喱调料，加coconut cream，加
牛肉，我一般大火烧开以后再烧10分钟，放在焖烧锅里一个小时。
还有就是翠花排骨，你google配方，这个简单肯定做不差。
酸菜鱼比较好做，买酸菜一包，鱼切成块儿，冬笋粉丝豆腐随意，小葱一点点，白胡椒
粉若干。大火炒酸菜，倒水加鱼骨烧开。鱼切成片加一点点淀粉一点点盐处理好。你可
以做好酸菜鱼骨汤，到你朋友家热一下，汤烧开以后，把鱼片放进去煮几分钟就可以。 |

比毛毛妈还有爱厨和君之方子都容易成功，不开裂，觉得关键就是这个低温烤，非常在
理。
唯一的改动是黄油变成了椰子油，有点椰子的香气。并且烤箱门最后没开，关着门冷却
的。
蛋糕装饰：草莓切半，然后片四个叶片摆盘。撒shredded coconut作少许装饰。
以下方子来自cattywh，我只把今天自己的改动加上了。版权归cattywh所有。

cream cheese 半条125g
鸡蛋 3个

牛奶 80ml
细砂糖 1/4cup
低筋面粉 25g
玉米淀粉 8g
1。蛋黄蛋白分开。cream cheese、coconut oil、milk在一个盆里隔水加热溶化搅拌成
糊。
用打蛋器也行。
2。糊里逐个加入蛋黄搅拌均匀，再筛入低筋面粉和玉米淀粉搅拌均匀。放入冰箱冷藏
30分钟。
3。打发蛋白时候，分三次加入细砂糖。蛋白要打发到湿性发泡和干性发泡之间，也就
是提起能滴落成纹路，而且纹路不消失（这个状态，蛋糕成品是比较湿软的口感，要硬

要么试试我这个recipe：
1 cup lukewarm water （最好是煮土豆的水，水温刚好微热）
2 teaspoons yeast
2 teaspoons sugar (honey or syrup)
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 teaspoon salt
3 cup all-purpose flour
1 egg （sorry，刚才忘记这个了）
常温下coconut oil跟butter一样speadable，所以一般可以代替butter。
糖的作用是确保面包机里的面团尽可能强劲。
你也可以加一个鸡蛋。一个鸡蛋＝1/4cup water
