对不起，这样的幽默感，
一点也不好笑。
最近，一直被西方文化主导的BBC推出了由三个华裔女生自导自演的新剧《Chinese
Burn》（逐梦魔女），讲述的是三个亚裔女生在伦敦的生活。三个女生都出生在中国，
小时候跟随家人来到英国，都可以说一口流利的中文也了解中国的文化，按道理说，她
们应该是最能代表新一代华裔群体发声的。
这部剧打着“消除种族刻板印象”的口号，本可以成为英国版的《Fresh off the Boat
》（剧论很高的描述亚裔移民的美剧），可当小编满怀期待地看了这部剧后，却有一种
吃了苍蝇屎一样说不出来的感觉。

根据我的活体实验，如果吃和基本代谢平衡，每天3Miles，×5天×4周=60Miles
可以稳定减2磅，2×3500=7000K， 7000/60=116.7K/Mile
根据文章的公式
60×120×。53=3816K （60*120*.63/3500=1.3磅FAT）
3816/3500=1.09磅FAT
算完之后，发现文章给的参数好像没错，减掉的还有水分。唉，心急吃不了热豆腐。慢

不过我觉得书里没太讲具体训练问题，而且感觉Dr. Maffetone作为医生，最关心的是
健康，至于比赛成绩什么的都是次要的。

Indeed the body burns the "sugar" stored from muscle before burning fat
. In that sense, you are not too off by saying the body burns muscle first.
But hell no, it is not actual "muscle" or "muscle tissue" that are burned at
this stage.
An over simplified order of how your body burns stuffs for energy is like
this:
free-body protein - coz the body does not really store protein
carb/sugars - from everywhere, including inside muscle

发帖数: 2636 | 46 很不爽今天在gym爬快到顶的时候脱落了，穿的是tank top，后背在绳子上蹭得先是发
热，然后痛。晚上洗澡的时候发现已经鼓起来一条了。运气不好的话过两周这个rope
burn就要破，然后流脓水，最后留下又一个永久的疤痕。我手上腿上虽然大的rope
burn还没有，小的已经有好些了，而且都是老疤再也不会消失。
belay不光是抓着绳子不松手，一些细节很多人都不是太在意。比如我如果belay别人
toprope，起步的几米我会收得很紧，这样如果掉的话不会因为rope strech掉在地上崴
脚。石灰岩和砂岩的路线，很多的crux都是在起步。上面如果别人爬可能会摆荡，我会
靠墙站在一边，这样别人摆荡的时候不会撞在绳子上，或者在绳子上绕几圈。别人爬快
到顶的时候，我一定会挪到侧面去，这样绳子不会挡到爬的人，也不会在别人的后背弄
出rope burn。
如果是leading，就更specific了。很多人保护lead，不管是新手老手，前几个clip的
时候belayer都离岩壁老远，绳子还在climber的两腿之间。用脑子想一下climber要是

那跟P23 页的表对照不矛盾吗？
那个说就算心跳127的时候， %Sugar也有30%
怎么跑步跑了120 分钟之后就无氧99%了呢。。。。
假设跑步跑了120 分钟之后，心跳是150。 那对应的%fat ＝ 50% ， %sugar ＝ 50%。
难道 burn sugar 非常的不efficiency ？可是只要心率和sugar burn 之间存在p23的
关系， 那就有burn sugar至少 30%啊。
还是说跑步跑了120分钟之后sugar就burn 完了？ 那这样就无所谓MAF不MAF了啊？反正
没有sugar 可以 burn了。。。

发帖数: 389 | 48 2014波马4月21号早上10点开始，我用时3小时14分31秒顺利完成比赛，勉强连续第4年
BQ。这两年都Q在Boston，有意义吧。虽然从成绩看不丢脸，但是有遗憾，原计划幻想
刷新个人记录（PR）。因为训练针对性不强（后面详述）、比赛开始过快（按原计划进
行但是计划没有变化快）、太阳毒辣等各种因素，成绩比去年慢了6分多钟。不过这点
遗憾和完成后的喜悦和成就感相比不算什么。对自己在比赛中应对突发意外（计划外心
跳很高）的能力也还算满意，及时调整目标和心情，虽然后半程慢了2分半钟，但是不
算多，没有明显撞墙或跑崩。虽然慢了，但是平均心跳157，比去年快3跳，创了个人跑
马平均心跳的PR，说明我尽力了。
跑2014波马的动力来自去年波马。记得赛后去expo退一件衣服，一不小心见证了历史。
当时一念之间选择了后门。进门前听到两声低沉的巨响。听起来象当年上海市政建设的
打桩。当时不知道是炸弹爆炸，心想老美比赛期间还施工。当时要是选择前门就可能正
好在两颗炸弹之间赶上爆炸，后果不堪设想。就算不受伤也会见到血淋淋的场面。几分
