一些容易出问题的地方,
1. 使用的SD卡, 小容量的不容易出问题,不要超过2G. 使用之前用专门的SD格式化工具
格式化, window xp 自带的格式化工具不好用. micro/mini SD + adapter 都有成功的
例子.
2. 主机的版本参看本体设置的右上角,TP的存档分zelda版本,选用对应的,

据我个人理解，complex 和combo还是不同的。拿clean, jerk, overhead squat和sots
press来说吧，把每个动作做5个repeat,再接着做5个repeat下一个动作,是complex。
而combo是把4个动作连成一个。Complex 每个动作还都是重复的，还可以利用惯性，呼
吸也是有韵律的，它的基础和crossfit,p90x等一样，都是HIIT。Combo 是连续做不同
discipline的动作，每个动作都需要不同的肌群参与，需要身体全方位的素质来完成。

经常性的”浅”浇水比较容易造成这种情况, “深” 浇水则比较不会有盐分积累. 浇
水放稀释的醋这个方法我不知道, 你可试试, 或看其他同学有没有其他解决的方法. |

请问能不能把歌曲考成一张audio cd 在一张DVD-RW的盘上？具体怎么弄呢？谢谢啦！！
因为我的车只能放AUDIO CD-R，但是我只有DVD的blank disk，而且窃以为DVD容量更大
些~不知道上述想法可行不？
