天津塘沽爆炸事件是多种因素累加形成的最坏结果，违规操作、瞒报危化品的仓库管理
者、出具安评报告的评估公司、批准危化品仓库建在居民区旁边的政府部门，长期对辖
区内危化品失察的消防部门，都有着不可推卸的责任！
这个故事的名字叫“一个所谓谣言的诞生”
利益相关：第一个提Burn Down那句话的人，化工博士，从事HSE审计工作。
8月12日上午8点多，看了几个视频之后，我转发了头条新闻的一条微博，然后写了一句
：“”这种规模的化学品爆炸国际通用的是 Burn Down 原则，就是划出隔离带，人员
撤离，里面烧完炸完再进去处理。“ 请注意”这种规模的“五个字。
接着我又发了几条，包括为什么离居民区不到1km的质疑，之后又跟几个朋友做了一下
为什么规划能过的讨论，还有里面到底有什么东西的猜测。
我的粉丝只有四十个人，一半是同学一半是同事，平时也是生活内容居多，因此我没有
考虑什么用词，如果知道后面发生的事情，我肯定会说的更科学、更精确一些。
有三四个认识的人转发过这条微博。

一直期盼跑一个马拉松来检验一下自己的实力。找了一下今年初的比赛，Napa Valley
Marathon是一个local的小众赛事。以前拜读过阿唐的雄文，这是他BQ之地，Burn组里
有人提醒马上名额要满了，于是赶紧抱了名。
但第一次有机会跑全马还是去年的CIM。当时Burn组里免费Bib满天飞。我虽然右脚面和
左脚前掌有疼痛，还是动了心。提前一天征得领导同意后，见到K总向他要Bib。K总开
始很爽快地要给我，但得知我脚疼后不建议我跑。他给我看了他刚拿到的MRI脚跟骨裂
的相片，我顿时给吓退了，想着还是老老实实回去准备我的Napa。后来CIM作为Burn啦
啦队的一员，现场观摩了全马比赛，一睹了诸位Burners参赛的风采。
CIM后，开始着手准备我的首马。我手头只有AM一书，就决定跟其中里程最低的AM55（

cannot stop every bit of combustion gases from escaping past them into the
crankcase(oil pan) area, there needs to be some way to safely vent that
pressure, so that it wont build up and blow the seals out of the engine. The
PCV valve does this, by applying a controlled amount of vacuum to give the
combustion gases a way out and keep them from building up.

好。但随着天气开始变热， 由其是一次买东西时车子忘关了大约两小时, 以后我开始
注意到车里有股油烧煳的味道。慢慢天气越热，这种味道越强， 早上稍好，傍晚下班
后打开车门时由为明显。由于忙到十月中大约４0００迈时才去 Volvo dealer 检查。
说没有任何漏油或不正常迹象。 机油少了大约0.3 (0.25) 夸脱， 是由于软件没有更
新,现以更新。他们没有发现车里有任何不正常的味道。他们说新车在运输或生产过程
中会在发动机(引擎)附近加保护油，新车在开过三千迈后，这些油会烧掉，味道会慢慢
消失。他们说新车都会有怪味开长了就好了。其时这时我以经完全闻不到新车的皮革味
了。他们把我推走后，我才注意到他们shampoo了我的车使用了空调鼓风所以味道减轻

soak it in a cool water bath (not ice water). Keep the area submerged for at

一些完全没有organize好的想法。
1. 在还没看书之前，测了一下平时easy long run的心跳。136-146之间。然后看书知
道怎么算MATHR.发现我如果take on LHR training的话。心跳要保持在134-144之间。
所以自己最舒服状态跑步差不多就是他建议的那样了。但是想想次次出门跑步都要像
easy long run的pace.没有speedwork,tempo, 难道不会很boring么？
2. 他说在build up aerobic base之前，任何anaerobic运动都会有坏影响。这点非常
turn me off.

理律师海明一份公文。公文说，根据新泽西刑法2:33-4C，翟田田的“恐怖威胁”(
Terroristic Threats)罪已被减为“轻度骚扰”。此前，新泽西检方已正式行政撤销(
