我知道在加州选谁都没用，反正最后肯定是DEM赢。 其实我也不喜欢Romney,只是想尽
点力把加州也搞成battle field.

it is on your right hand side. about 3,4 store front off Canal. not far.
as an added bonus:
try to get a discount, or something "free", bonus, off your purchase.
They are good. they don't budge. I practice bargain skills there. |

岁的女儿，
现在考虑是：commute 最好1个小时之内到曼哈顿;学校至少7分以上，房价的budge 大
概是900k
左右，三居室的CONDO 或者是house多可以，学区有一定比例的中国人。
对新泽西不是很了解，目前住NYC，希望版上已经对NJ了解的给我们一些建议。

Westchester选一处租房，出于降低成本的考虑打算征一位有同样打算的同伴作室友。
最近在网上作了一点research，在Newport/Westchester如果租2 bed/2 bath的房子的
话budge大概在1500/month左右。在Manhattan浮动比较大。

买房时，价钱在还可以接受的范围内，大家会因为房子太大而不考虑这个房子吗？
楼主坐标中部农村，房价不高，不过收入也不高哈，把budge订在了五十万以内，3000
尺左右。看了一圈下来，除了新房子大概都要五十多万，有一个七年的老房子，
太大了，加上地下室一共四千多尺。房子看上去maintain的还不错，虽然不是最现代的
装修风格但是里面很多东西upgrade过，看上去比一般的旧房子好很多，而且新房子和
它比起来还略显cheap. 价钱是四十五万左右，比我们想的还便宜，区也不错，唯一的
缺点是太大了，5bedroom 4 bathroom还有一个很大的地下室当娱乐室用。想问问大家

全新的， KB builder. 很喜欢。但是中半岛San Mateo， Belmont 和 Burlingame 位
置是真好。开车到foster city 十几分钟就到家了。而且环境好。纠结中。学区是首要
考虑的因素。哪位好心人指点一下？ |
