房子的重新装修快开始了。我现在在看卫生间的Vanity Top.我们的装修师傅建议能在
home depot, lowes 买的尽量在这两个店买，售后服务较好。
我下面看了这个洗手池，带镜子的。样子挺好看的，但是看下面的产品评价好像质量不
好。 这么贵的东西还这么cheap,我心里比较不爽。我们的budge是$1900 for up to 72
'' vanity w/cabinet & mirror.问问大家，还有什么有信誉的网店或local店我可以买
类似东西的 (浴缸，toilet,faucet,...) 我的地点在波士顿近郊。

很多人说到阳光，坐南朝北family room 好采光。我以前没有注意到日照的问题，因为
在我现在坐北朝南的房子，没有感觉到阳光是个问题
我家前面一个room 用作study room , 基本上是主要活动区域， 北卡的夏天热而常
，即使有porch , study room 的窗帘夏天也得合上。我还在porch 上摆了很多比较高
的盆栽植物遮阳。 但是冬天 日照就刚好。
厨房和 family room 在后面，背靠树林，基本上夏天不热，冬天也不冷，我很难想象
这么大的一片区域象study room 一样整个夏天在没有porch 遮挡的情况下暴晒。车库
的确在前面，夏天晒，但是空调不用cool车库，可能省了一些电费。
我第二个房子虽然签了合同，但是户型或者lot 我如果改变主意，sales 说在申请
permit 之前是可以换的。但是这两天我的确做了很多 research , 最后还是决定要坐
北朝南的。
好了，谁爱买什么就买什么，我好像第一个帖子只是比较疑惑，不知道为什么有些人就
