Information Theory Society是BoG开会的时候讨论每年推荐谁上fellow的
BoG开会的时候都说是不是标准太高了，比其他Society高太多，这样似乎对Society的
member很不公平

Celery Bog Nature Area）。不过Lindberg从Celery Bog到Northwestern这段这个月就
要封路施工了，所以冬天估计得绕道从McCormick上Lindberg了。到了Celery Bog从
Nature Center附近有上林中小道的入口。顺着小道到水边有很多地方可以上冰。冬天
去可得穿暖和点。 |

，依然有五十万人无家可归，依然有许多人的生活还恢复不到灾前的水平，西方金主答
应援建的房子依然只存在图纸上，或者只有地基和墙。
海地一共也就不到1000万人口，2010年元月份的地震里，死了30多万，有100万人受灾
。按理说，海地有美国这个大善人的照应，又不是万恶的社会主义制度，怎么灾后重建
比地震本身还惨不忍睹呢？
进一步说，为什么美国不能像在亚洲输出资本主义一样，也在海地搞一个美式资本主义
试验田，把海地变成台湾啊南朝鲜啊新加坡一样的小蛇呢？难道这样对美国不是很有好
处吗？不是可以为中国的诸多带路党提供铁一样的证据，证明美式民主就是放之四海皆
准，就是致富而且民主的灵丹妙药？
反过来说，如果海地现在的确就是一人一票的西方民主制度，怎么海地灾后重建就搞成
了这副衰样？按西方记者的说法，恰恰是这种一人一票的所谓民主导致了领导人没有把

看见有coyote在走。有一回去Purdue Wildlife Area看见一大群鹿在冰上飞奔。人的话
吗，Celery Bog下雪后经常可以在冰上看见滑雪板的痕迹，也有雪被清理后露出来的冰
，想必是有人制造的滑冰场。不过我胆小，从来没有到冰的中间去过，就是在离边近的
冰上溜达。 |

Now you fall into the trap (by following opponent's agenda, which defines

Got it? Simple like that.

AP1000是美国西屋公司设计的。日本东芝买下西屋，然后把AP1000设计卖给中国。
2006年11月，中国引进美国西屋公司的第三代核电技术AP1000。在合作备忘录中，
西屋承诺分阶段向中方转让全部技术资料，并同意中方在将单机功率升级至1350兆瓦以
上后拥有全部知识产权，技术出口也不受西屋限制。
中国正在建四台AP1000机组，两台在浙江三门，两台在山东海阳。计划2016年投产
。这四套机组平均国产化水平为55%，尤其是反应堆压力容器、蒸汽发生器、大型锻件
、主泵、阀门采用国产设备。从第五套设备开始可以基本实现国产化。
中国已经完成1400兆瓦功率的CAP1400的设计，拥有全部知识产权，国产化率将达
到80%，非国产化的部分都是没有垄断威胁的部件。中国已经开始在山东威海市荣成石
岛湾开工建设CAP1400的示范工程。
