3G Capital, a Brazilian investment firm. Buffett (or Berkshire Hathaway)
had stake in Burger King, but didnt own it.
Berkshire Hathaway owns many companies, such as Geico, See's candy, Fruit of
the Loom, Jordan's Furniture, Pampered Chief etc. It also have major stake
in companies like Coke, American Express and Well Fargo, and minor stake in
many other companies.

过去半年帮助国内的几个朋友找西雅图这边的投资房，几个流程下来之后，再加上自己

地产Agent的门槛很低，只要十八岁以上有高中文凭就可以。加上房市火爆，最近考
Agent的人数暴增，据全美最大的地产Agent协会，National Association of Realtors
，的公布数字，与13年相比，这个协会增加了42000个Agent，是七年来第一次实现正增
长。中国人的Agent比例也很大，记得湾区那边的传言是每一个Cisco的中国员工都有一
个房产中介执照，这边很多软软的中国员工也有。戏班里藏龙卧虎的，肯定有高人。我

在华州得到地产Agent的执照有两步：通过考试和挂靠一家地产公司。

Society的也是一个价，稍微冲动了一下就买了好几张，跟大家说说质量问题，算是个
参考吧
第一，基本上都没有字幕，或者说没有可选的字幕，有的都是原文附带的，多数不是英
文；
第二，encore的就是一张碟，跟盗版没啥区别，小册子等等一概没有；BCS的一般都有
个小册子，有音轨信息，一些评论什么的。BCS的我买了Del Monaco和Stella的Andrea
Chenier以及Carreras和Ricciarelli的Lucia，画面和音效都一般。卡雷拉斯那时候很
是年轻啊，声音也不错；
第三，encore的画面质量一般都很差，除了Milnes等人1979年的Nabucco，画面不错。
综合说来，encore的dvd就和很多历史录音类似，表演肯定是很精彩的，但是效果是很
差的，一般不建议买，呵呵。
顺便还买了53年Krauss的指环，archipal的，音效还不错的，乐队层次不算丰富，人声
比较突出，小册子很简单，只有音轨和演出阵容。这一套很多地方评价挺好，
