账户里有三万多美元。
今天收到一封该银行的信，说我的账户自２０１３年１１月至今无activity，所以把我
的账户列为dormant。 说要我把此信签字寄回，否则把我的账户归为Abandoned
property，并收Abandoned property fee。
这个银行这么干，不是在向我挑衅吗？ 首先我一直在往里存钱，很给这个银行增加生
意，不存在所谓的无activity。 其次，就算我真的两年没动这个账户，就要封掉账户
没收我的存款吗？
我只好周一骑自行车去营业部问这封信是怎么回事。
我觉得美国的银行不靠谱， 以前在纽约市的北叉银行存钱就有不愉快经历，而又听一
个华策会培训班的同学说过citibank的猫腻。
后来我搬到雪城，先在M&T bank存钱又有不愉快事件。后来在Chase bank 更加不愉快

回事。 客服的意思:
根据纽约州法律，储户要每年至少一次到营业厅露面办一次事，比如存钱，取钱等，否
则账户就会被封，存款被没收。 必须Show up in person，网上账户的Log in和网上
钱的进出不算数。
和我一起来的还有一对白人夫妇，也是收到了和我一样的Dormant 的信。账户是老白头
的，貌似９０岁，拄着拐杖走路颤巍巍的，不能独自走路，要由他的老婆搀扶着，她的
老婆是个貌似８５岁白妇，能自己走路。 老白头说他是第一次收到这种信，以前没遇
到过。 去银行报到一次不容易，我要往返骑自行车十几公里。 我年轻力壮的被银行
这么折腾一次都觉得难受，这对行动不便的老夫妇就更不容易了。 来办这事的心理压

重读巴菲特，只有一点体会：误导，以至于我们根本就不懂这位“价值投资”之神。
先看误导的一面：
误导1：年均复合增长！
我以前也曾经以为他的资金是靠复利累计的，也就是说年均复合增长。
但实际上呢？buffet的Berkshire公司1965年-2005年40年年均复合增长率是21.5%
，累计增幅是305,134%。注意到，这是Per-Share book value，也就是berkshire公司
的每股账面净值（也就是每股净资产）。而不是所谓的“收益率”。
误导2：依靠本金和长期复利就能获得非常大的收益！
很多人喜欢计算的：本金长期复合增长后的“惊人”数字。
这是典型的YY。除了自欺欺人外，没有别的用途。
实际上，buffet之所以对保险公司有那么大的兴趣，并非这些保险公司的股票让他
心动，而是保险公司大量的float浮存金。

在股板潜水了很久，发现越来越碎片化，充满各种负面的杂碎的片面的无聊的东西。那
么多的时间，与其在这里灌水对骂，还不如读读经典，正本清源。或许更有意义。
从本篇开始，我要开始读巴菲特致股东的信，谈谈自己对文中观点的思考和看法。一方
面为了跟大家分享，另一方面也是督促自己，坚持下去。
并不是说巴菲特就是神，他说的一定对，我们一定要照做。我在阅读中，得到更多的好
处是，他提到了很多思考问题的角度，还有思考的点，自己以前从没想过。即便他不告
诉你答案，而只是告诉你思考什么，你顺着这条路去琢磨一下，就会受益匪浅。
有些东西，要经过岁月的沉淀，才能成为让你终生受益的投资理念，而不是那些什么技
术分析金叉三红兵大阳棒。
其实巴菲特1977年开始给股东写信，40年了。为什么从2006年的信开始？很多人说2017
、2018已经是大牛市的终结，马上要回调甚至recession，毕竟7、8年一回吗。那我就

Berkshire posted a first-quarter net loss of $1.14 billion, or $692 per
Class A share, compared with net income of $4.06 billion, or $2,469 per
share, a year earlier.
The accounting change required Berkshire to report $6.2 billion of
unrealized losses in its marketable stock portfolio, which totaled $170.5
