鸡蛋，牛奶，whey，creatine 这些都好说。每天都喝的够。但是主食，主要是晚餐很
头疼。
早餐牛奶蛋糕或者 cereals，午餐公司餐厅，第二顿午餐protein drink或者公司餐厅
。下午练完以后protein drink。
然后去餐馆还可以。回家就吃不下去了。主要是不饿，自己做的又不是很可口，就没食
欲了。硬塞也是对毅力的极大考验啊。。。
大家有什么比较好的点子？餐馆吃，或者包括简易食谱之类的。
我先抛砖引玉几个简易菜谱。
beef stew。1 lb beef brisket不用切 + 一包beef stew的料包。加2cup水，slow cooker低
档煮8小时。盛上brown rice/ whole wheat pasta，就是一顿美味。
肉丸汤。1 lb ground beef，加1 tea spoon盐，和匀，捏成肉丸。放到开水里，煮5分
钟。+ 1/2 tea spoon盐，加紫菜。然后再和brown rice一起吃。
烤salmon。1 lb salmon，撒上盐和你喜欢的香料，比如 minced garlic, cumin powder |

含义，大多数美国人也都是，都会习惯性认为wagyu就是kobe牛。这根本就是无心之错
，记者夸大而已。
刚才你说美国只有三家饭店卖正宗kobe，现在又说是8家，到底哪个记者说了算？
美国米其林排名第一贵的餐厅是masa，也有kobe beef，问饭店要certificate也会给你
，不在你的这个list上。
这些新闻看看就罢了。连你自己的新闻，都几分钟内出来好几个不同的数字了，一会3
家一会就只有8家卖真牛，到底哪个是真的？其实记者跟你一样，你只有去吃才知道，
很简单，想找饭店麻烦，吃完了，就让饭店把证书或者进口证明拿给你，敢标kobe
beef的高级饭店，在这个问题上，哪敢跟你较真。 |

已经大众化，有些地方还会游行庆祝，很多人都会穿绿色的衣服，戴绿色的饰品。
我关心的不是宗教、不是历史、不是啤酒，我只在乎吃的，哈哈哈，大吃包就是
我啦。
一般的， 这一天传统晚餐是corned beef 和包菜，corned beef其实就是咸牛肉
啦，超市里有腌好的包装好的卖，一包大约2lbs的样子，6~10刀不等。
我想到要做介个， 也是因为方便， 直接放锅里炖着，到时间取出来吃就可以了
，只需要一个锅，解决一顿晚餐。
过程：
1、一个中型洋葱，切大块，铺在砂锅底部；
2、corned beef一包， 连包装里的腌料一起放入砂锅，倒水盖过牛肉开炖（包
装上写着50分钟/lb），不要加任何的盐；
3、包菜、土豆、胡萝卜切大块备用；
4、咸牛肉炖好后取出，用锡箔纸盖住保温，把杂菜们放入砂锅炖30分钟至软烂；
5、把杂菜捞出铺在碗里，切牛肉铺在杂菜上，有肉有菜，一顿晚餐有了。

我狂热的去寻找那道Julia child’s boeuf bourguignon的recipe和视频，趁着春假有时间
有精力来实践这道费时费力的红酒炖牛肉。虽说炖牛肉，家家都有各自不同的味道，可我还是想个人
崇拜一把，尝试一下这道家喻户晓的经典法国炖菜。
以下90%忠于Julia Child的原版做法。有兴趣有时间的童鞋们可以参考一下哈。
用料：
Stew beef 2磅
Bacon 3-4条
洋葱半个切成小块
胡萝卜若干
白蘑菇若干quartered
调料：
Red wine
Butter
Beef broth
Garlic
Whole cloves
Allspice berries
Bay leaves
Pepper corn
Thyme
Italian parsley
Salt
Black pepper

提供一个我的简单做法，需要5分钟：
汤料：中国超市的pho汤块，如果没有，可用美国超市的beef bouillon cubes

其实这两种汤料味道差别不大。
肉：中国超市牛肉丸子，或者美国超市的deli柜台那里买切得很薄的roast beef，就是
半生不熟的。
河粉先烫过，过冷水。
or
汤料煮开，关火。
河粉投入汤中，加牛肉片和绿豆芽。
然后加越南米粉味道里最主要的九层塔和越南辣酱。
题外话：九层塔非常好种，去年夏天长了好多好多。。。。 |

fine for human consumption. Actually you can not judge the freshness of beef
only by color. Beef stale when it start to smell a bit sour, and when it
forms slime on the surface. My general rule is te darker red the better, and

非常非常好做，我把有些同学的提问一起放上来说
1、材料可以选round beef各大超市均有销售
2、理论上不需要煮，如果对牛肉没信心可以costco买round beef(usda choice)，带生
的都没问题，不煮绝对没问题
3、切多厚，根据自己口感吧，我用切片机里的4.5感觉不错
4、切完后，上作料腌制，根据自己口感来，可以加果汁做果汁牛肉干，可以加沙爹调
料做沙爹牛肉干
5、腌制至少需要2小时以上，也不用太久
6、烤箱475度预热，以我那个厚度正反12-13分钟正合适，如果是其他温度需要自行调
整时间
7、考完后装盘，吹冷，如果家里比较干燥，可以放一天，就可以装起来了
这次买了2.6kg round beef，最后成品牛肉干是1.3kg，缩水50%，我分装成6个袋子啦
，这下过节有零食吃了 |

抛砖引玉,写个Top 100 Baby Purees 上的方子,稍微改了一下,没加香料.PARSNIP我一
般是用BUTTERNUT SQUASH代替. 而且我一般用炒锅将裹了面粉的牛肉炸一下后就跟其他
蔬菜一起扔到慢烧锅里去用慢档炖个七八个小时,我买了个1.5QT的慢烧锅,专门给宝宝
做肉类食品,用来熬稀饭也很棒.

我家也是给free range eggs/grass fed beef什么的，每星期都去一次wholefood，买
的都是给宝宝吃的。grass fed beef就买beef stew肉块，每次就买几块，汗。。。
佩服MM每天做新鲜的水果、蔬菜。我爸妈在的时候也是每天做新鲜的，现在不可能，我
只能在每周六晚batch process一批。尽量买BPA free的容器，没想到要用玻璃的，以
后买再大一号的要考虑玻璃。多谢MM的帖子，给我一些很好的idea！ |

发帖数: 6961 | 43 用来烤的肉可以买香肠、beef rib，都不算贵。调料推荐韩国烧烤酱，beef rib事先腌
几个小时，很好吃的。
蔬菜买点生菜，可以用来夹beef rib吃。蔬菜还可以买蘑菇，玉米冷冻的和新鲜的都可
以，注意别烤焦了就好，红薯也挺好的。
要管饱，再加一点hotdog bread，夹烤好的香肠吃。
如果男士多的话，drink可以买那种大桶的啤酒，再加几大桶果汁，和瓶装水，drink自
己要准备一点的，防止没什么人带，到时候抓瞎。 |

the Harvard fiasco. At the end of the day, it strengthened the stereotype
of Asian Americans.
I am curious, if the Tiger Mom had a son instead of three daughters and she
pushed the son as hard, especially chinese, is the beef going to weigh less? |
