US open wilson ball are harder and heavyer.
Penn heavy duty is second.
Wilson hard court is third.
Penn practice ball is 4th.
Slazenger for grass is hardest.

time I bought 98 balls and lasted for 1 summer, because I played a lot with
ballmachine(3 times/week). Then I bought another 98 balls and lasted for 2
summers (I played less, at most 1/week). Quality-wise, Tretorn is the best,
most durable, but heavy. But if you are not gonna play 3-4 times/week, I
would recommend Penn Pressureless. Never tried Dunlop pressureless balls,

路上的体会，而且还增强了在场上个个不同位置的感觉，这个是光靠打野球体会不到的

发球机结合手扔最好。尤其初学，互相手扔sitting ball比较好，学会主动发力。如果
没有人给扔，自己左手扔，右手打也可以。要打直线和斜线等不同线路以及topspin，
flat ball等不同spin的球。
等sitting ball打的很顺了，再打发球机或者互相rally，主要练习判断球的路线、落
点和自己的步伐、timing等。
建议先主攻正手，包括动作和步伐，控制不同路线。反手先能挡过网即可。等正手巩固
了，再练反手。 |

你说的没错，车行charge你的人工，不是自己花在你车上的时间，是book time, 人有
本书，上面说ball joint 1 hour。
但换这ball joint 1 hour,上辈子吃奶的力气都得用上了，换整个control arm也就拧3
个螺丝而已，一分钟也不用。人开车行赚钱主要不是靠诈你多少钱，而是靠一天能修多
少辆车，凡事动动脑子。
你这umd附近哪个车行？上海博士？要是他就别去了，附近最便宜是的泰腾，上次一小
妞被人撞了，整个车头bump, hood, fender, radiator全换，我老打声招呼，1000多，
这点钱连自己买零件都不够。 |

这几天一直下雨，实在不想等自己换了，就把车送去garage换前rotor和pads。
去了才发现，幸亏没有自己动手。
CVPI的一个脑残设计，rotor是用两个rivet固定的，必须用drill把它们打掉，才能卸
rotor，实际上没什么必要。按我邻居的mechanic说法，应该是有些车出厂的设计，这
么看来这车的rotor应该没有换过，可是居然还是很厚啊，不比新买的薄多少，garage
的人也让我留着，以备以后不时之需，由此看来cop car的rotor应该相当耐磨的。再说
这个rivet，mechanic先用钻，后用榔头铁钎，最后总算成功搞掉了。两个刹车换了至
少有三个小时。
同时他们告诉我我的anti sway bar link的bushing和upper ball joint的bushing都不

。建议你可以把下摆臂整个换掉，工比只换ball joint便宜（省去了把旧的ball joint
push出来再把新的push进去的步骤），所以整体花费差不太多。 |

作了salmon ball, 无比美味阿，做法也非常简单，跟大家分享一下我的recipe:
材料：三文鱼肉（去皮去骨，剁碎），小蘑菇2个（剁碎），thyme叶若干，蒜蓉。
调料：海盐，black pepper, 橄榄油，鱼露，料酒，生粉，搅拌均匀。
做法：
1：把三文鱼肉跟调料拌匀，再加入蘑菇碎，thyme和蒜蓉，拌匀。
2：烤盘底部抹一层橄榄油，oven 预热400F。
3：做成一个个小小的salmon ball放在烤盘上，封上一层锡纸，烤20分钟。
tips:
1: 本人非常喜欢吃salmon, 经过多次试验，发现蒜蓉和mushroom(推荐褐色那种)与
salmon的味道是绝配。
2: thyme的香味甜而馥郁，salmon没有腥味，宜做得清淡，与thyme搭配，非常清香。 |

先来两张看下整体效果哈，然后再写制作流程：）我这次做了三种生鱼片的、一种虾的

原料：
寿司米，各类生鱼片，海苔，鸡蛋，菠菜叶，香菇，白芝麻。
配料：
寿司醋、糖、盐、芥末。
工具：
保鲜膜
做法：
1。煮饭：寿司米淘洗净，沥干水，米水比例1：1。煮的比较多的话要稍许减少水量。
如果想增加饭的粘性，可增加少量糯米。
2。煮饭时准备其它用料：烫菠菜叶、煎蛋皮、炒香白芝麻、煮好泡发的香菇备用。
3。调制寿司饭：盐：汤：醋=1：5：10，可根据自己的口味调整，必须趁饭热的时候用
木勺或其他大一点的工具将调料与饭拌匀和。
4。在工作台上垫一张薄膜，先放上鱼片、菠菜或其他，在放上适量寿司饭，将薄膜收
紧成球状，展开即成sushi-ball。

这次只有几天时间集中看看房子，可能看不了太仔细。我们过去挺麻烦的，带着俩娃跨
国还要转机。
打算给些low ball offer，能被接受就是deal，往返几次折腾也值了，早点close也认
了。如果不能被接受就当练手了，搬家过去后住在临时地方，再仔细看房子买。
大家觉得这个方案可行么？low ball 低多少百分点才能有可能成交而且还算deal？那
里的房子特便宜的，而且一般情况不用很抢，30万的房子能一般讲价1万下来。

发帖数: 4074 | 42 loose ball 就是球不被任何一方控制的状态。最常见的是投篮出手后形成的篮板球。不过进攻方队员控球或者传球过程中球被防守队员碰到，离开双方队员的控制范围，也形成loose ball。
loose ball foul 是在双方都没有对球的明确控制权的前提下，一方在争夺球权的过程中有犯规行为。 |

1。safety. 基本上不懂是什么意思。
2。illegally pocketed balls. 根据这个规则，会发生以下情况：
比如打花球的人，指了 9 号，结果 9 号没进却进了 10 号，
然后他还能继续击球，因为“Illegally pocketed balls remain pocketed
and are scored in favor of the shooter controlling
that specific group of balls, solids or stripes”，那么指球
指袋还有什么意义呢？还有一个问题就是 9 号没进，但进了 10 号
和 1 号，那么根据这个规则就不能决定接下来由谁击球；如果所指
的球进错了袋，这个规则也没有说明该如何处理 |
