to do, the profit comes from taxpayers, I refuse to accept it??

接手后， 房市下跌一泻千里， 此时， 银行贷款收不回， 纷纷宣告资不抵债和破产，
但是国家因为银行体系too big to fail, 只有用纳税人的钱来bailout中国银行体系
。 总体上来说， 基本上是复制美国次贷危机， 最后银行高管们再在中国庞大的银行
体系bailout计划中大赚一笔。
银行垮掉后，必然更进一步打击中国实体行业， 导致失业率高涨， 物价飞涨， 大中

3个主要板块：金融，高科技，油和商品。
金融每次都是主要的bailout后强烈反弹，然后又回跌。我个人感觉这次C的bailout的

－ 不要把bailout的门槛降低..."这些都是表像
我记得以前我在股版放了个马前炮(也就是上次说到要破产的时候)，
说CIT没戏了，Debt这么多, 其它公司自己都元气大伤,
估计只有政府才能救.但政府估计是不会救了，因为CIT倒了，
最大的收益是GE financial(There is a Link on this analysis)
弃车保帅，政府还是很容易做出选择的

Pattern和前两个月是不同的，不再是一根筋地上涨，这种巨大的振幅背面我感觉是大
跌的前兆。今天的大涨虽然是因为欧洲推出的Bailout而推动的，但是明眼人都知道，
其实究其原因还是对于上周大跌的一个小幅修正，而且符合目前大幅震荡的格局。 接
下去的话，我猜测会慢慢地下跌，然后第二次探底，或许会到9000点左右。这当中有不
少事件值得关注，第一是利率的问题，FED如果一旦改变措辞的话，股市至少会做出一
些负面的回应。虽然有人认为利率上升是对经济形势的肯定，但是就象Thomas Hoenig
说的，现在的低利率其实是在鼓励许多人进行投机，而在投资市场形成泡沫，这个从15
个月来许多人一边倒地押注股市可以看出。为了避免这种投机行为，在适当时候就应该
尽快升息。 第二，金融监管马上就要进行，无论是大家相信政府真的想为难花街还是
假的，至少这些监管措施对于大型金融机构是个利空的消息。 最赚钱的都是些高风险
的投资项目， 这些不能做了，还怎么赚大钱？第三，政府的赤字问题，这可能是目前
美国面临最大的问题，Bailout的钱 |

天朝通涨表面化，政策将倾向紧缩。各国对QE2输出通涨表示不满。美国国债利率早已
上扬，
美元也走出谷底，美国经济数据短期走强，欧州主权违约问题回到前台，欧元也已下跌
不少。
股市和商品市场相对滞后，一般情况是要跟进下跌的。周五欧元有些反弹，是有消息说
爱尔兰可能接受EU/IMF的Bailout，有些靴子落地的意思。但经过2008年的这些Bailout
之后，大家想来也清楚这些大多是情况越来越坏还是越来越好的迹象了吧 |
