发帖数: 20256 | 10 那个排得不准，只是把学校每年的招人数累加。其他学校不知道。我密RR时代一直是roster under 85，因为走的人太
多(不少是老车旧部）。去年hoke入主在一月中，所以class来不及找人，最后那个class也没招满，所以根
据我上面介绍的rule，我密今年找了25+3个。已经有3个球员冬季就入学了，算是去年
的。这已经是到顶了，也就是说找了这28个，我们roster就是85了。像MSU，他们worthy和baker都是3年级turn pro，其他的attrition我不知道。这个
oversign的排名并没有考虑attrition，每个学校attrition其实都有，特别是换教练的
时候，SEC也会有，所以也不能完全说所有case都是oversign。saban和麦叔等，主要受
争议的就是sign了很多，然后赶人。这里要盛赞一下UGA和UF这两个球队，要在这样的
环境逆境用正确的态度生存不容易。我们其他联盟球队说得容易，如果大十不是有自己
conference的rule限制，很可能也会有部分球队follow SEC的做法。所以解决方法就是

终身保障条款限制私有化
本周一，福特领导下的多伦多市府踏出了垃圾收集服务全盘私有化的第一步，计划将更多的服务通过招标的形式外包给私人公司。然而，受员工合约中的工作职位“终身保障”条款的限制，福特无法一次达到全盘私有化的目标。
所谓“终身保障”条款，就是规定市政府一旦工作外判便要确保为正式雇员另寻同等收入的工作。在多伦多市政府所属各工会中，约有1.3万名市政员工，包括救护人员、溜冰场管理员、垃圾收集工人，在他们的合约中拥有这个条款。
在这种情况下，市府现在打算实行服务私有化，只能利用工作职位空缺(attrition)的办法。据估计，现在每年有约3000名市府员工因退休等原因离开，市府可以把空缺职位转给私人公司。然而，按照这种保守的方法，仅仅将收集垃圾服务一项全盘私有化，就需要好几年的时间。

不过你说的对。游牧是3级军事，大明2级，而且是1：1：1的朱祁镇好像，游牧再废物
也不会出这么废的皇帝，所以往往游牧军事升级4了，大明还是2.
游牧的优势在于人力+50%，以及全骑兵不受惩罚，东亚初始骑兵又超牛。
不过我那个是部队无将领，5000人，挡住了大明30000还有2 shock 2 fire的将领……

萌开10万兵，还没走到蒙古北边，attrition就把一半兵干掉了……
你不能直接拿eu的钱来跟ic比较，我觉得eu的钱相当于hoi里的资源。而ic是hoi独有的
。举个例子，大萌只要有钱有人力，可以随便造兵到上限，钱太多的话还能超一点点。
但是hoi3里民国有钱有资源有人力你出兵也很慢，尤其是和平时期，因为ic太低了。 |
