我第一张信用卡申请的chase, 于是后面的信用卡都优先找chase的.
同一个银行多张卡很方便, 网页UI也类似, 同一个login可以管理多个卡.
以至于有一阵我有四张chase卡, 其他银行的信用卡一张也不愿意申.
后来是因为有了Fidelity IRA, 才考虑又申请一个投资帐户和SmartCash帐户,
已经后来申请的Fidelity AMEX (FIA).
对于银行来讲, 对于existing customer, 银行也非常希望继续
加强relationship, 这样可以非常有效的降低attrition的可能. |

不过即使这样, chase也算很成功的把我帮定了, 我也不会为了
几百块钱或是百分之几的CB而去申请什么citi, Amex发行的卡.
为了一点苍蝇肉, 还要去一个新的网站, 管理一张单独的卡, 还不够麻烦的呢.
唯一的例外就是Fidelity那张2% Amex, 要不是有Fidelity其他的帐户, 我也不会
专门申请一张当不当正不正的FIA卡.
我觉得对于银行来讲, 如果一个客户只有一个帐户, 那么这个客户是不牢固的,
很容易放弃这个帐户转投他门. 但是一旦客户有多个帐户了, attrition likelihood
大大降低, 不但不容易转投他门, 还很可能放弃其他competitor的帐户而转投自己门下,
来实现最大化的consolidation.
像我有了chase的几张信用卡, 就慢慢的把checking/saving/auto loan都搞到chase,
哪怕是存款利息低点, 贷款利息高点也无所谓, 主要是一家的帐户管理起来方便. |

1。你已经说了china的team之前做过，项目急迫。
2。最好你们有大客户在国内，或是中国市场是你们的发展重点。
3。如果你们的产品是和硬件相关的，那么多半和中国有关，放在中国做比较makesense
，如果是纯软件，那么印度的英语优势就比较明显了。
4。看看公司相关部门有没有中国领导，可以从侧面挺你一下。
5。印度现在cost比北京上海还低，但缺点是attrition rate高，不太容易有长期稳定
的团队。
6。即便项目给了印度，如果中国deliver的quality比印度好，也会是很好的例证。
但总体来说，如果高层决定给印度做，要扳回来不容易。 |

底到08年底进公司的。那段时间labor market很糟糕，找得到工作已经很不容易了。这
样势必perm数量就少了。其实就这其中（certified perm）肯定还有一部分attrition

09年微软的裁员使得半年没有递perm，这也是09年人特别少的原因之一吧。
因为从地域分布看，Washington占的比例很高，微软在其中一定也占有很大比例。
