cash settlement 没有credit event 返回par。 有credit event 返回 par minus
value of reference asset at time of credit event。
是不是说如果underlying 发生default 价格从par (假设100)掉到80，则返回100-80=
20。怎么我觉得应该返回80也就是value of asset at credit event。 不然的话如果
asset掉价为0了，反而返回100了，不是弄反了吗。
还有在physical settlement， 网上有的资料说如果发生credit event返回那个
underlying asset给investor，但是书上说返回initial proceed(我理解就是par)
minus value of delivered asset。是不是搞错了?

于credit even损失的部分，就是par - market value of asset.所以是100-80.不然你
自己手里的asset值80，人家再给你80就不合理了
Physical settlement实际是你把trouble asset给了你的counterparty，你的
couterparty自己去负责chase back recovery。而同时你的counterparty付给你par
在value上相当于返回给你par - value of delivered asset. |

Well, here’s a hint. Gold is at $1400. Silver is at $29. Oil is above

Hundreds of small banks can't afford to repay federal bailout loans, a top
watchdog will warn Wednesday in a report that challenges the government's
upbeat assessment of its financial-system rescue.
Christy Romero, special inspector general for the Troubled Asset Relief
Program, said 351 small banks with some $15 billion in outstanding TARP
loans face a "significant challenge" in raising new funds to repay the
