amortize到0，或者所剩无几。法律对intangible asset保护仅限于保证它不被盗用，
比如如果有人冒名用韩寒的名义写书卖钱，法律可以解决，但是如果不管什么原因韩寒
变成众人眼中的草包，他的intangible asset一夜之间蒸发殆尽，跟法律没有屁关系。
普通人的asset portfolio里面tangible asset占主要甚至全部，而法律对tangible
asset的保护是十分周全和到位的，所谓私有财产神圣不可侵犯。所以普通人有必要去
担心这样的问题么？绝对没有，因为名人靠名誉赚钱，你我靠手艺，靠出苦力。至于名人如
何保护他们的intangible asset，那是他们的事，但是在我看来，这都属于正常的risk

银行和其他公司不一样，银行有政府部门的监管。就破产而言，对银行来说，其核心资本率与总资本率是两项致命的数据，远比负债率更重要，jpm,bac,wfc 的debt/eq也很高。如果这2个数据低于政府部门的要求，这个银行会被政府强制关闭。

An ETF of an market index (or a commodity or currency) is backed by the
actual stocks (or commodities or currecies) that make up that index. If you
buy an ETF of the Dow Jones Industrial Average the company that issued the
ETF actually backs the ETF shares with shares of the 30 stocks in the DJIA.
The shares are held in trust even though nobody actually will take delivery

刚才仔细又读了一遍昨天发布的8K document,绝大多数的人都没有好好读，或者读不懂。
* 看起来SUNE目前的现金缺口是310MM, 这其中50MM是surplus in cash account,以备
不时之需，所以真正的缺口只是260MM, 他们在现金流的分析中有强调大概有90MM的资
金是因为audit result 可能不理想，以及10K delay造成的缺口，那是3/17的事了，现
在这个问题已经不存在了，所以资金缺口又减少了大概只有170MM.
