”的ARM指令集64核心处理器。令人震惊的是，这颗由中国团队开发的CPU拥有媲美
Intel公司最顶级服务器芯片的性能，毫无疑问是目前ARM阵营最强大的处理器。
Phytium，中文名飞腾，是一家成立于2012年的年轻CPU研发企业。然而光是从公司
名称和所在地——广州，我们就可以知道这家企业的真实身份。飞腾公司是中国国防科
技大学高性能处理器研究团队建立的企业，而国防科大在IT界最为人熟知的作品就是天
河2A超级计算机——连续五届夺得世界超算排行榜性能冠军。天河2A 的部分芯片采用
了国防科大自主开发的Sparc指令集CPU，飞腾1500。显然，飞腾公司的名称就是取自这
款产品。公司选址在广州也是为了靠近广州超级计算中心，也就是天河2A的所在地。

架构授权协
议。将来，微软很可能效仿苹果开发自己的基于ARM架构的处理器。

征。
什么是7/1 ARM
7/1ARM是指在30年贷款中，头7年是固定利率。7年以后，利率将根据市场进行浮动，每
年浮动一次。但是你的浮动利率有一个上限（caps），让你能得到适当的保护。浮动利
率主要由（Index+Margin）来决定：
•LIBOR Index：大部分的银行都采用LIBOR的one year rate作为Index，你可以
在http://libor.wsjprimerate.us/中查到现在的Index是0.738%
•Margin：这是在你贷款时就固定的，30年都不会变化，一般在2%至3%之间
•Caps：一般有三个数字组成，分别表示浮动的第一年，第二年和Lifetime的cap

首先，5/1或3/1代表着ARM的初始固定利率的年限及之后的利率调整频率。5/1就是指头5年利率固定，之后每1年利率浮动调整一次；而3/1就是指头3年利率固定，之后每1年利率浮动调整一次，依次类推。

No prepayment penalty.低利率省下的钱每天随手扔进去还本金。
肯定有人说， 5年内卖房或还清，5/1 ARM 划算；否则7/1 ARM 划算。
其实不完全。
5年的ARM比7年的少0.25%。算了一下，前5年少付的interest完全可以cover第6年reset
后多付的interest.假设最一般的term: first reset cap=2%.
也就是说，即使第一次reset到maximum,只要到第6年底之前付清或卖房，5/1 ARM 都不
亏。
不过第7年会亏得很多的。
另外，看了一下interest rate history, 基本上7年一个cycle(从bottom到peak). 这
一次的cycle bottom 在大概去年3月，所以5年后很可能正好peak. 5/1 ARM到时候没有
好的refinance opportunity. 7/1 ARM 到时候可能正好一个bottom，即使没有现在这
么低，也是个refinance的机会了。反正前面已经享受了低利率，多付本金，refinance
后再花个３，５年付掉或卖房也未必比 |

fixed，是为什么呢？

因为ARM很难申请到，还是因为一般过来unchange period后都会adjust到很高？

为ARM会考虑borrower在利率提高后的还贷能力。ARM进入调整期后利率有固定的算法，
目前一般是2.25%+1 Yr Libor，目前的1 Yr Libor在1%，最高应该到过5%左右吧。
如果说从A银行弄5年的ARM，5年之后可以从别的银行贷款么？是算refinance么？

how long you plan to keep the mortgage (not the property). but since you
wanted to refi after 6 months from 30 fixed to 7/1 arm, there is no reason
to do 30 fixed at all.
another point from my previous post is PenFed's current 5/5 ARM is better
than your 7/1 ARM in general.
last one, this does not mean 5/5 (or any ARM) fits your situation than 30

如果微软没撒谎的话，Windows 8会有一个ARM port，而这个玩意和现在的Windows CE
不一样，它的内核和绝大部分code base会和它的big brother, 正常桌面版本的
Windows一样。
从Redmond的角度来讲，这个举动非常正常。毕竟，移动和嵌入式装置才是未来的增长
点，普通的PC市场已经“成熟“了。而且，苹果搞一个操作系统，多个硬件平台ports
也有好多年了，效果很好（好到黑莓的整个决策层彻底被骗，陷入空前被动），也等于
为它作了一番市场调查。
从长远来看，我认为这一举措要么会是微软白砸钱以完全失败而高中，要么就是中短期
成功，但长期来讲很可能会给整个Linux社区带来巨大的利益。原因如下。
1. 和Apple当年从PPC转向x86平台不同，ARM没有x86芯片的计算速度快（ARM的优势
在于简单，便宜，省电），所以单搞一个类似 Rosetta那样的模拟器是不行的，效率上

然高通的努力不太成功，但并未放弃，现在华为也大踏步跟进了。AnandTech发布了一
组华为第四代ARM服务器自研芯片，Hi1620的主要规格信息，其定位是全球首款7nm工艺
的数据中心用ARM处理器。
Hi1620服务于华为代号“Taishan泰山”的高性能平台，芯片基于ARM v8.2架构，单路
可配置24~64核，每核心配置512KB二级缓存和1MB三缓，频率范围在2.4~3.0GHz。
这套CPU核心代号Ares，外媒称是ARM用于服务器的公版，但有国内媒体透露其实是华为
基于ARM v8.2自研，尚待确认。
存储和I/O方面，支持8通道DDR4-3200内存，支持40条PCIe 4.0通道，双十万兆网络连
接，4个USB 3.0、16个SAS 3.0以及2个SATA 3.0接口。
可能是晶体管规模特别大，即便是7nm工艺加持，Hi1620芯片BGA封装的尺寸达到了

属于事实上的世界标准的ARM，阿里巴巴集团等利用任何人都能自由使用的“开源”知
识产权相继开发出了半导体。这是因为受中美摩擦的长期化的影响，对于技术依赖特定
海外企业的担忧正在加强。这种趋势符合中国推进高科技产品自主开发的强化政策。
在9月上旬在中国上海举行的“中国国际半导体博览会(IC China）”上，阿里巴
巴旗下的半导体子公司“平头哥”的研究员孟建熠在分组讨论会上表示物联网还处在发

分组讨论会以“RISC—V产业化”作为主题。RISC—V是确定半导体进行运算之际规

lower control arm bushing是Volvo的通病，但因为换bushing的人工已经超过了更换
整个control arm的价格，所以一般是要直接换一对control arm，而且切记只能换
Volvo Genuine或者OEM的part，这车挑part
Inner and Outer Tie rod 也是这车经常出问题的地方，如果能换一起换了可以省掉一
些麻烦
只换一对control arm的人工大约2.5-3 hrs，一对Volvo brand control arm大约要$

同样是2.25%的margin + index，index有很多种，常用的有1 year LIBOR。
在rate开始adjust之后，大家就基本一样了。只不过由于初始rate不一样，所以cap不
一样。就目前来看，如果今年是第8年，那么不管5/1 ARM，还是7/1 ARM，adjust之后
的rate都近似于2.25%+0.78%=3.03%
7/1 ARM存在很合理呀，比如有些客人在5年内还清贷款有压力，但是7年就宽裕很多；
有些不会在5年内卖房，但是可能会在7年内卖；相对于10/1 ARM来说，7/1 ARM的rate

，第六年你继续用新的5年ARM,又一次按30年的头5年，假设下一次的5年ARM利息超过4.
75你才不合算，以你现在40万，如果是fix,一个月多付利息3百。在另一方面，你会每
个月多付本金，那么这30年固定的3百利息（本来可以做本金）就给银行白赚，30年fix
主要对象是那些可能5年后收入不过关的、或你的房值是负的、信用值比现在低的是个
影响。如果贷款信用随时都够格又不怕麻烦，利息越低越好。你看那些贷款agent,他们

30 fixed 4.125
10/1 ARM 3.875
7/1 ARM 3.25
学区房，应该会住的时间很长。本来想上30fixed, 朋友建议先上10/1 ARM, 以后收入
提高后再改成15 fixed. 可是我自己的觉得这个10/1 arm和30 fixed利率差别好像不大
，只有.25。如果走这条路不如直接上7/1 arm.

Intel and AMD have lost out big time this week in the form of around $1.3
billion in new PC and server sales every year. The reason? The Russian
government has decided it no longer wants US microchips inside its hardware.
Russia purchases roughly 700,000 new PCs every year and 300,000 new servers.
