而真正引发胃癌的就是猪肉！家养猪非常脏，猪平时不运动，生活环境差，去农场看看

现在已经有确切的研究表明，每天多吃一盎司的腌肉bacon之类，胃癌的发病率会从15%

我自己算是做了将近10年的anticancer,如果在我自己身上发现cancer/tumor我不会选
择任何现在的药物；如果是实体瘤我会选择手术，如果是非实体瘤手术也不要做。
1，药物研发很有点“本末倒置”的味道，一个化合物能否成药，先在动物身上试试效
果以及毒理，几百美元就差不多的成本；为什么非要体外、蛋白、通路乱搞一堆砸了几
百上千万之后再体内动物呢呢？就为了能发文章？Pfizer的抗生素Linezolid主要研发
在1990s,于2000年正式经过FDA批准上市，上市8年都不知道到底作用靶点是50S亚基上
的哪个蛋白，直到2009年才有第一个XRay确认的作用靶标蛋白。
2，任何药物，任何化合物在体内生物起效和代谢过程都不仅仅是个别Pathway的过程；
又回到上面说的，弄个通路可以发文章。Western-blot原本是用类似TLC和显影的方法
把小分子和蛋白结合再现出来，但用来用去又有多少人真正相信WB的结果呢？虽然WB是
生物类文章必备的一道坎儿，但我并不相信WB就真的证明药物分子和作用靶点完好结合
并发挥药物作用。
