另外，不知道这个数据是基于怎样的练法算出来的（比如，陈、杨、吴、武、孙，哪个
流派，高、中、低，哪种架子），个人认为其中的variance很大，取决于怎么练。高架
子的恐怕还达不到280。陈式的低架子应该远远不止。
我个人可以提供的anecdote：在国内曾经听一位吴式太极拳的老师傅说过，他们当年在
八仙桌下面练拳，冬天棉衣湿透，是绞得出水的。那是当功夫练的，比减肥的强度大多
了...

健康，至于比赛成绩什么的都是次要的。

离英格兰水平很远，我说的是英格兰自己和自己比外援一旦多了本土国家队水平就在下
降。
联赛水平高，到时候场上都是外援踢，本土球员如何得到锻炼？为什么中国90年代的时
候成绩好？因为那时候外援政策没现在宽松，很多俱乐部的核心还都是本土球员。为什
么恒大之后国家队成绩越来越差？至少anecdotal evidence和你所说的不相符合。
最后，足球对一个国家有多重要？是否需要这么多的投入？我觉得应该由自由市场来决
定，注意是自由市场而不是像恒大这种扭曲了的市场。恒大靠着房地产剥削民脂民膏抬
高市场价格本身就是违背自由市场的，更不要说在足球层面有了恒大之后国家队现在越
来越差。

昨日談到沉塘跳樓人士之家中妻小問題，突然想到粵語中有俗語為＂仔細老婆嫩＂，再
想想其語境背後道理，有點意思。
仔細，和國語中仔細一詞不同，仔，指兒子，後來泛指至兒女。細，指年幼弱小。當然
老婆嫩國語用戶應當可以理解，雖然粗俗了些許。此語描述家有嬌妻幼子，但並不是好
事，用處有二。其一為慨嘆型，如某人突遭橫禍，別人可感嘆，哎，佢仲仔細老婆嫩，
好慘。其二為勸阻型，如某人意欲身涉險境，或傾家蕩產進行高風險投資，此可為No 1
勸阻理由，哎，你仲仔細老婆嫩啊，放棄啦。
細想下有點意思。雖說養妻活兒是成語，但估計對絕大部分人而言，活兒是根本，養妻
只是附加的。人性如此，不必慨嘆。仔細老婆嫩之所以能如此怕風險，無它，若仔大了
，後代已經安全，老婆如何估計不會太多人在乎，仔還細，但老婆老，估計老婆也會死
守至仔大，也不用擔心。只是仔還細，老婆還嫩，那就危險了，老婆分分鐘有可能不顧
幼子，趁著青春尾巴追尋幸福了。
我縱橫鵲版多年，發現不少單身華男有一有趣的mentality，他們認為男人一旦有錢，

料和方法来较为科学的验证这些教诲是不是真管用。一个可能不太恰当的比喻，这就有
点像星象风水什么的，都能套一点，都ambiguous enough based on anecdotal
evidence.
这个genre里写得好的我认为是放下身段，承认方法论不足，只严格讲述自身经验并提
醒读者这是一家之言的，但80%的作者不会这么做，因为这么写书不卖。
不过这也不代表读者就不能从中得到有用的东西。读书读书，读到自己脑子里去留下的
才是自己的书。一个人一本哈姆莱特嘛，你读的就不错。 |
