，现在做VC, 一位的父母都是医生，父亲是有名的surgeon兼大学教授，两个硅公码工
的孩子，一个母亲死于癌症，一个父亲正在与癌症搏斗。普通人家我听说过，但不认
识。
与大学可能不同，我孩子在进职业研究生院(医法商)和职场(MG/Mayo/JH, V5，MBB，
GS
)的面试时，他们很看重他(她)中学到大学六年中每星期坚持在普通的retail商店打廿
十几小时工的工作经验，说简历是unique. 说明有韧力和责任感。面试官把这项作为

我知道的海归，5-6年前回去的几个根本买不起北京的房子，或者觉得太贵没有咬牙上
，这两轮上涨就没赶上，连一套房都没有。10年前我刚跟前期离婚，就有人给我介绍一
个北京妞，也是留过学的，外企工作，当时算工资不错了，她家也一套房，跟父母住，
凭她和她父母的收入，在当时就买不起三环内第二套，不想到五环以外买第二套。要知
道中国绝大多数人的收入上涨一直落后于房价上涨。少数高收入的，有眼光有借钱也要
投资房产的魄力的，拆迁的，贪官，基本也就是这几类人能在一线拥有二套以上房产，
算算有多少。二线容易，我家就好几套，但不值多少钱。当然我这也是anecdotal
evidence，我也没数据。但没有数据，大嘴一张，就是四大牛人，有意思吗？早年还有
多少人做安利发财的呢。中国人多，很小一点比例，放到弯曲和南加州就显得很多。但
是这些人就是财务自由下半生不愁，靠出租房产就有足够现金流了吗？你计算过需要多
少房子才能有足够现金流吗？我只是质疑一下。

路上老板表情异样 我想是估计是要pee 就直接问了 老板的脸刷的就红了
我赶紧开了GPS找厕所 最近的还有20几迈
只好找了一个僻静的路边 我停下来 打了双闪

Transaction cost economics postulates that by integrating vertically, firms
do not need to incur costs related to contracts with other firms for
