自住的事，觉的不是太贵就是太破或是太远，而且没绿卡怕不稳定（现在刚过PERM，估
计还要好几年）。。。最近决心不再继续找借口了，买房也是投资，想边学边找，市场
是比前几年高很多了，但感觉也没什么办法，如果想继续在纽约生活工作，房价也下不
来太多。
另外大家都在哪里找？我知道纽约好点的deal都要抢的，但有没有类似情况的朋友互相
沟通学习学习？我在考虑LIC,Flushing,或是Forest Hills，对Queens市场熟悉的朋友
能否给点意见？新的还是旧的？Condo还是SFH？另外那个421-A tax abatement是怎么
回事？

。Skyview 目前的价位还不算高，因为稀缺性，几乎没有竞争对手。其他的都是小楼盘
。Skyview 的风险是Tax Abate 到期后，持有成本会大幅上涨。
自住兼投资：Forest Hills, 尤其是走路到地铁站15分钟以内的detached, attached
house. 2百万以下的，是自住和投资两类人都考虑的价位。除了中国人，还有大量的犹
太人关注。离地铁站远的就意义不大了
自住：不在意房价的升值的：萝卜青菜，各有所爱。有些人喜欢大院子，大house,宁可
每天花3，4个小时通勤。有些人就喜欢法拉盛的方便，不用做饭,吃喝玩乐一条龙。有
些人宁愿住曼哈顿的小apt.

However, does the link tell anything that if you are the owner of a new car less than six years old, you will be treated differently if the car was originally from CA or not?
Simply because CA has a stricter standard, shall a brand new car in CA have to be smog checked before a dealer transfers the title?

it was bought from another state, and it had < 7,500 miles (considered as a
"new" car by CA DMV) at the time of registration in CA
maybe only DMV knows the answer, but unfortunately they do not make it
perfectly clear on their website.
