for acute phase any NSAIDS would do, but in particular indocin or colchicine
, for indocin be careful if patient has kidney disease or gastrointestinal
ulcer and it might also induce neutropenia, for colchicine it could cause
very bad diarrhea,
if patient is not a good candidate for NSAIDS then steroid, either systemic
or intra-articular,
for long term maintainence take allopuirnol, which should be dosed according
to renal function and do not take it till acute attack abates for a couple
weeks, |

don't think usa has any better meds than back in china as far as gout is
concerned, for acute attack try regular NSAIDS or colchicine or steroid(
either local or systemic), after acute attack abates, allopurinol, |

As said, premenstrual symptom occur in 85% females. Tender breast is one of
the most common ones. Unless you have a large constellation of other
symptoms, no treatment is necessary.
