发帖数: 1 | 2 富士GFX 50S加上变焦机器到手以后试拍，与宾得645Z相比，在成像上一样，在重量上
也与645Z挂55的定焦头份量差不多，甚至还稍重些。当然GFX纯机身与645Z相比是轻了
些，操控也便捷些。GFX电子取景还有点不太适应，另外机器死过一次机，在自动关机
以后，再按快门不能自动雄起，开关电源也不起作用，只得拔电池，好在恢复了过来。
总之玩过645Z以后再玩GFX，没什么惊艳之处。不过GFX是中画幅，尽管是残幅中画幅，
但在细节上非常棒，这是135机器无法比拟的。 |

得很慢，目标很多。
我是30多岁才开始学的，只会自由泳和蛙泳。 最近几年游得比较有规律，一般一星期2
-4次，45-60分钟，就是去lap swim， 大多游自由泳，再就是flutter kick, 速度好
像越来越慢了， 我还一直跑步。 LG 一直在上游泳课, 一星期2次，不做别的运动，却
越来越快 （12分钟700 yards），我自己测了一下，我顶多游475y. 于是也报了同样
的游泳课 （我早上, 他晚上）。
目标：
1） 12分钟 600 yards (update: 650 yards) in one year. Life time goal： 平均

Just read how Russia built second pipeline to China and no longer using
dollars , but petro yuans and rubles. We can no longer simply use threat of
sanctions and tariffs. We can negotiate but must treat our peers, even those
who see the world differently, as participants or we will fail.

周一是:
200 m rest for 12 breaths
4 x 100m rest for 10 breaths between 100s
6 x 50m rest for 6 breaths between 50s
900m总共27:00
周三决定跳到:
400 m rest for 12 breaths
200 m rest for 10 breaths
4 x 100m rest for 8 breaths between 100s
4 x 50m rest for 4 breaths between 50s
1200m总共36:00。学会了二次打腿。
今天原定跟周三的计划，结果游了200m就觉得不想停了:
结果一直游了1000m，26:00。熊大和各位大大的指点很有帮助。
游完摸了一下心跳，6秒11下，大概110下每分钟。以前只能游50m的时候是130+。
LHR(low heart rate training)不仅对跑步管用，对游泳也管用啊。 |

安全快门对50mm定焦来说是快于1/50s?也就是说如果快门快于1/50s一般来说is不会对
图像质量有太积极的帮助? 室内大光圈有好处我懂,因为这样iso可以低点躁点少点,当
然同时快门也可以快点...对吧... |

，每天都来看看有没有考经，也经常拿自己的模考成绩和考经中的对照一下，看看自己
复习的效果，从前辈的考经中学到很多。所以，本贴得唯一目的是：希望能给还在准备
step1的朋友们一点提示，吸取我的教训，都考出一个好成绩。

我是8/06/2012考的Step1，昨天（8/29/2012）早上9:19am拿到成绩---242/85，还
好，和自己估计的成绩240 +/- 5基本一致。万分感谢我的家人的理解和支持，十分感
谢曾经一起学习的战友们和校友们的鼓励和帮助，感谢麦地版的前辈们的考经和经验介
绍。曾经许诺一旦成绩上了230，就写一篇考经，下面就把我的备考经历和一点心得体
会向麦地版的战友们作一汇报，也算是对自己这段人生的一个总结：
一、题库、模考及考试成绩+时间：
UW qBank: 正确率最早25%，考前80-90%
Kaplan qBank: 只做了解剖、遗传，没有统计正确率

早期波多黎各人来到纽约等地后发现自己因为英语不好经常被当做二等公民对待，于是
对孩子进行“融入”教育，很多家庭以放弃西班牙语为代价来追求”正宗的英语“ （
很多华人也是如此）正如文章提到的，很多当时移民的心态是：”if you're speaking
English, you're better."
但是随着整个拉丁裔族群在美国的扩大和拉丁裔经济地位的提升，现在的波多黎各人越
来越对西班牙语文化表示自信。 而双语带来的广大工作机会和潜在发展前景也使得很
多波多黎各裔，在美国本土长大只会英语的年轻人重新开始学习西班牙语，并责备父母
为什么不一开始就教他们西班牙语。
正如文中被采访的女孩一样 “ Irizarry is disappointed her parents didn't
enforce Spanish when she was young and could soak up the language with ease.
"
并且她希望，她的孩子能够很自信的面对那个问题 ”你能说西班牙语么？“

今天在50m标准池游爽了。在跟0to1650计划，连跳两级了。
周一是:
200 m rest for 12 breaths
4 x 100m rest for 10 breaths between 100s
6 x 50m rest for 6 breaths between 50s
900m总共27:00
周三决定跳到:
400 m rest for 12 breaths
200 m rest for 10 breaths
4 x 100m rest for 8 breaths between 100s
4 x 50m rest for 4 breaths between 50s
1200m总共36:00。学会了二次打腿。
今天原定跟周三的计划，结果游了200m就觉得不想停了:
