water circulating pipes buried in cement. Can't remove. But if leaks, can
convert to baseboard. Most of them don't have wood floors on top. Not sure
if it affects wood. Also neither of them have basement. Only for 1st floor. |

1、差学区城市以治安差闻名，唯独gated的小区环境不错，房子新，据说也挺好卖的...
2、好学区（小学9分初高中很差）房子所在区域的治安相对好很多，犯罪地图上六个月
也就不到十起的样子，房子是50s的
选择不多，所以narrow down在这两个，应该怎么选呢，好学区neighborhood会一定好
些吗，谢谢大家啊 |

been done. it is diagnosed by pathology. conclusion section of MRI report
should read something like "consistent with HGG in xxx area, GBM likely." or
sometimes "consistent with GBM." depending on how good the radiologist is,
the accuracy can be as high as 95%, it can also be much lower.

1. 我的大老板。
大老板是本地人，但是娶了个澳洲老婆。后来就搬去澳洲住了。现在50多岁，前两年回
来了，因为他妈妈身体不好了。 他妈跟他的sibling临近，在离我们的城市4个小时的
地方。因为行业问题，他只能在这个城市工作。但是他除了特殊情况，经常周四周五请
假，开车带着老婆看老妈去了，周日晚上才回来。坚持了大半年，直到老妈去世。
2. 我的直接老板
直接老板60多岁了，已经退休了又被返聘的。 他的老妈去年90岁去世的。老爸很早就
去世了。 他老妈一直和他哥哥一家住在一起，得了帕金森症10几年。全靠他哥哥一家
照顾。 他也经常去看望，更多的是帮忙给钱。 他的岳母住在另外一个州，也80多岁了
，住得和他老婆的siblings临近。但一直自己住，最近想要有人一起住了，结果她岳母
自己的cousin, 70多岁了，也是没老公了的，自告奋勇和她住一起了。两人互相照顾。

人的特点就是喜欢辛勤劳作换取微小利益.
子女问题除了多生几个无解. 说英语不是问题, 关键是一家人能不能住得很近, 相互照
应. 我邻居(老美)一家子全住在附近, 一聚会一大帮子兄弟姐妹, 这估计是老人最向往
的事情.
50s这一代挺不容易的, 自己赶上文革尾巴, 孩子还没混出来, 在国外的想着子女的学
费, 在国内的想着砸锅卖铁的帮孩子买房, 压力大是正常的.
做子女的最先想到也许应当是尽快自立, 有能力回报父母.

ER.
In the hindsight, I would have done better if I cut it the next day and
picked it up lower.
Yes, I think you should cut it tomorrow and pick it up when it goes down
even lower.
