参加有氧六期之后,休息了一周,开始新一抡健身活动。

11/13, personal training session, arm and interval, 1 hour.
11/14' insanity poly cadio circuits
11/15' insanity cardio power and resistance
11/16, insanity pure cardio
11/17, personal training session, leg and abs, 1 hour.
11/18, rest, did 20 mins stretch following insanity cadio recovery.

今天终于可以从后倾的bench 上作仰卧起坐了,作了三组,一组15 到20个。三周半前
刚开始时一个也起不来,要把bench放到前倾30度才行。 very happy!

Yes. That would be the ultimate goal :). I think I should pay more attention
to weight training as I get older, to prevent bone lose.
But I am not 姑娘 any more. 大娘 is more like it :)
