1 cup All-Purpose Flour
1/4 teaspoon Fresh Ground Black Pepper(用干的代替,3-4tsp)
1/2 teaspoon Salt(太少了。。。我至少放了4tsp...后来又在汤汁里加了点盐)
1 pound Sea Scallops
3 tablespoons Butter(用的等量vegetable oil)
1 clove Garlic, sliced (我用了4瓣)
2 tablespoons White Wine
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley (没有新鲜的,我用的干的)
Preparation:
1. In medium mixing bowl, add flour, salt and pepper. Toss scallops in flour
mixture. Shake off excess.
2. In large saute pan, melt butter over medium heat. Cook garlic for 1
minute. Remove garlic and discard.
3. Place scallops in saute pan. Cook until light golden brown. Stir in wine,
lemon juice, and parsley. Cook until mixture thickens.
4. Serve immediately. |
