1 clove garlic，切细细细细能多细多细，然后努力往砧板上crush，就是用刀压，尽
量压到puree的性状。加一个生蛋黄进去，用wisk搅匀。然后慢慢加入橄榄油，一边加
一边搅搅搅搅搅，橄榄油加得越多就越thick。我是用了1/2 cup。然后就好啦！
放冰箱能放几个礼拜吧。用来做香蒜面包特别好~~ |

红烧小排：子弹排骨过水，流水冲洗干净，厨房纸巾擦干；热锅，上油，把糖熬上色，
放入排骨，八角，姜，料酒，生抽，少盐，少醋，开始大火，然后小火焖熟就好。
butter garlic shrimp : 热锅，Butter 一小块，融化，放一大勺蒜蓉，虾，海盐和现
磨的黑胡椒调味就好。
麻婆豆腐: 今天用鸡胸肉做的，鸡胸肉切成小块，盐，料酒，生粉抓匀，腌上一会儿；
热锅，上油，放入鸡丁，炒至变色，放入郫县豆瓣酱，炒匀，放入豆腐，水，小炖一会

我们看到了巨大的parking lot好像还是future single family home的地方。
远的地方停车场有shuttle接送，近的地方可以自己走过去。
里面的食物很丰富，大家好像都被其它人的食欲感染了，
连平时不怎么吃大蒜的家人也大嚼起来。
感觉最popular的就是garlic fries了。每个摊前都排了很长的队。
还有就是大蒜冰激凌，既有大蒜特有的"臭"味和辣味，但是和奶油冰激凌
又结合的很好。觉得在烈日下排了几十分钟的队也值得了。
另外还看到了麻辣大蒜小龙虾，让我想起了混在簋街的年代。
以后还会去，不过希望不要这么晒了。 |

第一次见到garlic的时候是今年夏天。她和mp在一起准备打网球。Mp 和我一栋楼，所以
我和他打招呼，garlic问我："你是不是brandon？"我说："是啊。"说了几句以后，她突
然问："我们是不是应该握个手啊？"那个活泼大方的样子从那时起就深深的印在我的脑
海。
正如garlic自己所说的一样，之后我们就有了很多很多很快乐的事情。Garlic很大方、
随和，也不娇气，跟garlic在一起很放松，因为从来不用担心她会不高兴，她会去主动
寻找快乐，并且带给大家（比方说昨天趁着leo假寐的时候，弹他一下，haha）。Garli
c还很讨人喜欢，所以我们经常逗她玩，结果却给了garlic同学我childish的印象，sig
