对我难：Cooks确实是个DEEP THREAT，过去3个赛季的发挥非常稳定高产。尤其和老猪
超准的开大能力结合，去年搞了6-7个50yard以上的TD。但是Cooks也有他的缺点，他的
身体不够physical，遇上比较physical的防守容易哑火，而且YAC不够Impressive。而
且对我难的进攻体系来说，由于去年托马斯的到来，扣曼的成熟，以及斯奈德逐渐变成
老猪三档的最爱，Cooks的定位比较尴尬。去年爆出喊话们，其实就是对自己在进攻中
角色日益下降而积累的不满的爆发。今年是他新秀合同最后一年，明年我们虽然可以签
个8M的extension再留他一年，但是感觉他是不会留在我难的。这样看来，如果今年不

1. 今天ForSTALL其实出现了, 不过没有发言, 其实很好理解, 今天是硬件升级和一些
通用软件为重点, 和他这个IOS头目没有直接关系. IVE我也没看见, 但是这次设计没有
大改, 所以他也不重要. 而且他以前也不怎么在这种场合大张旗鼓的抛头露面.

出来独立核算， 同时还有cook的各种政府和警察局。当时都是fully funded的。
2017年， CPS的pension只有40% funded。 其他警察和公务员的pension也是50%
funded。 现在厚颜无耻的要并回到伊州的系统。 CPS alone 就给每个伊州的纳税人加
了5W刀的负债， 其他所有伊州的负债摊到伊州纳税人头上才6W。 护士你是傻了么？
cook的property都是undervalued的， 特别是还有TIFF区。 Madigan家的豪宅才股价
20W。 自己想象吧。 Cook 得去年地产税翻倍， 才能对付以后的Pension和财政赤字。
各个地方都要财政自主。 拼命收， 最好cook 子弹税1刀一发， 可乐税一块一罐，

其实这个交易对拍子来说也就是个fair deal，懂球不懂球的在网上那么多Hype真是让
人看不懂。 Cooks这两年数据还不错，但是他并不适合拍子的体系，小小鸡的进攻非常
注重接球手YAC的能力，这恰恰是Cooks最大的短板。 Cooks绝对速度惊人，但变线能力
很一般，而且视野也不够好，加之身材吃亏，威力并没有想象的那么大。另外汤锅的长
传精度比老猪差不少，能否发挥Cooks的速度优势还是个未知数。
估计Cooks在拍子也就是个佯攻的火力点。大胆预测数据会有不小的下滑， 大概700-
1000 yard吧。 |

从iphone4s的平庸发布，到难以忍受的电池寿命，再加上由来已久的AT&T的poor
signal。 苹果在Tim Cook的率领下，走在一条自我毁灭的道路上。
1997年，Steve Jobs开始力挽狂澜，包括从Bill Gates那里得到几十亿美金的bail out
和继续支持mac office的promise。
14年来，整个苹果产品系列，无一不是靠外形取胜。当然，不排除左手ctrl + 右手
mouse也是一个非常吸引人的feature。短短14年，苹果不但死里逃生，还靠着富士康这

易懂的菜谱“The Joy of Cooking"
我刚学做西式菜的时候，很多词汇对不上号。经常是自作聪明搞substitute.然后弄出
一锅四不象。后来我的美国朋友推荐了“The Joy of Cooking". 这部菜谱最早出版于
1930's.到现在已再版了不知多少次。2006 年，这书又经过一次修改和更新。这本书不
仅收录了菜谱，而且详细的介绍各种cooking terminology. It is very helpful if
you are starting from "ground zero".
我买了这本书之后，成功的做了carrot bread, zuchinni bread, brownie, wheat
bran muffins, artichoke, brussel sprouts。。。
希望有兴趣学习西式烹饪的朋友们能从中受益。

Tim Cook的无能，我相信连最死硬的果粉也看出来了。
从iphone4s的平庸发布，到难以忍受的电池寿命，再加上由来已久的AT&T的poor
signal。 苹果在Tim Cook的率领下，走在一条自我毁灭的道路上。
1997年，Steve Jobs开始力挽狂澜，包括从Bill Gates那里得到几十亿美金的bail out
和继续支持mac office的promise。
14年来，整个苹果产品系列，无一不是靠外形取胜。当然，不排除左手ctrl + 右手
mouse也是一个非常吸引人的feature。短短14年，苹果不但死里逃生，还靠着富士康这
样的血汗工厂，榨出最后一滴利润，成为市值第一的公司。苹果就象是永不沉没的
titanic，船上的乘客船员，看尽无限风光。
