rounds of phone interview.
After phone interview, both you and the hiring side feed back to recuiter.
If good news, it usually takes no more than 3 days to hear from recruiter.
Recruiter would tell you whether the hiring company want to set up an on-
site interview or not. Then HR in the hiring company would contact you about
on-site schedule etc.

2) a few general technical questions to make sure at least you know what you
're talking about.
