2) 方便举在头顶, 可以挂在拇指和食指形成的FORK上, MORE STABLE OVER HEAD THAN DB BECAUSE CENTER OF GRAVITY OF KB IS LOWER THAN WRIST...
3)方便 RELEASE, FLIP, 和CATCH, 玩的花样多, convenient for crossfit training.
