在 H Classification Supplement to Form I-129 表格当中,
Part 2 information about this petition
2. basis for classification (check one)
a. New employment
b. Continuation of previously approved employment without change with
the same employer
c. Change in previously approved employment
d. New concurrent employment
e. Change of employer
f. Amended petition
4. Requested action
a. Notify the office in Part 4 so each beneficiary can obtain a visa or
be admitted.
b. Change each beneficiary's status and extend their stay since he, she,
or they are all now in the U.S. in another status. This is available only
where you check "New Employment" in Item 2, above.
c. Extend the stay of each beneficiary since he , she or they now hold
this status.

就是 选项 4.a 吧 ？
但是， 如果我是 H1b 批准 但是 还没生效， 就被 withdraw,
最近， 找到新工作的话， 应该选 2e (change of employer)
那么， 好像 4a, 4b, 4e, 4f 都不能选， 只有 4c 或者 4d,
4c 好像比较正确。 对吗 ？

About 4f, 中美之间有 Free Trade Agreement 吗 ？
从没填过这种表， 问题较多，
