其中有这么句话: please kindly confirm the U.S. Consulate abroad at which you
will apply for an H-1B visa stamp should you travel internationally.
1. 他这是说我有可能要回国去签证么?
2. 记得有人说可以在表里头填上就在美国境内转, 是哪个表? 我想要律师在递交之前
给我看一下表格.

if you go back to China, you surely need a H1B visa stamp to re-enter
US. so I think this question is just to ask you where would you apply
for the visa. I input Beijing, as appeared on my I-129. Also I think
this might be related with the so-called PIMS. I asked the lawyer of my
company, and got the below reply:
"When we file the H-1B visa petition, automatically, the US CIS should
receive clearance through the PIMS systems, this information is also
available to the US Embassy when you apply for the issuance of the H-1B
visa. I can only assume that you have clearance unless otherwise
notified by the US Embassy."

发帖数: 20 | 4 这样是每次回去都必须去同样的美领馆更新签证吗？还是只有第一次必须去指定的美领
馆，后面回去就可以去其他的美领管更新签证了。先谢过。 |
