厨房之类的地方干活，干一天可以抵消两天的刑期。监狱里的GUARD还带香烟进去 给犯
人，一根烟三十美金。犯人用guard的手机给监狱外的家人打电话给guard钱。犯人如果
想要手机,Guard也可以给他们翻盖手机，三千美金。犯人可以在监狱里遥控外面的贩毒
活动。

监狱guard一个月五千美金 当然就只能靠灰色收入了。
反正只要花钱，什么都可以有。这不是和中国水浒一样吗？

监狱里面 九百人的YARD，（监狱人很多，分成很多不同的YARD）只有15 个亚裔，100
多白人，300 多老黑，400 多劳模。
监狱里的guard 70% 是劳模。
难怪民主党要求监狱AA。按照这个比例 亚裔犯人简直可以忽略不计了。
监狱里的guard想方设法从犯人身上搞钱， 一次一两百，一个月下来可以敲诈五
千到一万，直到榨干为止。

以前芝加哥的一个DMV就是考官卖驾照，那种十八轮的大卡车的商业驾照，结果出了事
故，一个五岁的小女孩被十八轮的大卡车撞死了，结果父母就找律师告DMV。
